I hate to keep harping about the eyelid piece, but what were they thinking? I mean, whenever I see somebody's pic of Animal with the piece sticking out like a sore thumb, I cringe. It's shocking actually. They seriously couldn't conceal the eyelid piece in the fabric and fur? It...
I don't know guys. I think that plastic eyebrow piece is cheap looking and unforgivable. I mean, it looks bad. Really bad IMO. And I've been a crazed Muppet fan my whole life. We're getting Animal for our brother who got the Fisher Price Animal puppet as a kid and we're bringing back that...
If I would have known you could see that cheesy white plastic eyebrow thing when the brow is open, I never would have ordered him today. Just terrible. *gulp*
What is the deal here? Muppet Family Christmas DVD is out of print and is selling for big bucks on ebay and the Region 2 version that is uncut and includes The Christmas Toy is going for huge HUGE bucks on ebay! Why can't they re-release these and give us Region 1 fans The Christmas Toy on DVD...
This continued ignorance and mistreatment of this Christmas classic has gone on long enough. Rights be darned, you people need to find a way to get this Christmas special released on DVD, unedited! That means Kermit stays or the bunny gets hurt. M'kay?
:attitude: :o :concern:
" But I was also a little afraid of it, the dark hallway shots, the toys freezing etc."
LOL!!! I never saw it as a really little kid. I was older the first time I saw it, but can still understand what you mean. We're actually watching it right now. If anybody at MC has any pull or...
Taking out Kermit is a deal breaker, so they need to work this out and get this thing released or forget it. Otherwise I'll have to figure out some way to make my own DVD from my VHS tape.
Are we ever going to see this happen? What is HIT! Entertainment waiting for? I thought it would be out by now. Anybody know if there are plans for this release?

Number 875 Kermie arrived last week. We posed him and took pics. I'll post them later when I get time. I was going to put him in our curio cabinet, but it's locked and we can't find the key. So I had to call and order more keys. Gotta keep him behind the safety of glass so the kids don't ruin...
Just got my email from Alter Ego Comics that my Kermit has shipped. Should be arriving via UPS within the next couple days.
After reading some of the critiques, I hope Master Replicas takes some of our constructive criticism of their photo Kermit prop and make improvements when it comes time...
I'm with Vic. My doubts have been erased. Thanks Kermieuk and thanks to the other good pic someone else put up.(sorry, it's late and can't remember who it was)

I'm sorry, but when I clicked on this link, the first impression I got was that it looked exactly like that friend of Larry's on the show War at Home on Fox. I am really disappointed at how this Kermit has changed from the original concept. I would...
That new? I was hoping for vintage 69' to early 70's Sesame. I'll be disappointed if they don't go back that far. I'd rather see the stuff I don't remember or barely remember. Like some Sam the Robot footage and earlier stuff. Maybe some Sesame with the green Grover.
