Frank's real voice is pretty easy to recognize. His voice is so darn distinguishable. I think Jerry's is pretty distinguishable too. Dave and Steve, however, they sound so different from their Muppets.

My opinion is the same as the people below. I don't think they have school. I always figured they just learned from the older Fraggles around them and life experiences as well. Seems pretty effective to me. :)
