Since I can usually make the kind of puppets I like to design anyway, I would like to try and make my whatnot look like me. I think that would be kind of fun. hopefully they have the right stuff to do that.
And I noticed one of the pictures had a tuxedo. Very cool. Classic Muppets.
I re-watched Studio DC, and I guess I probably like David Rudman's the best. Ricky Boyd's Scooter is excellent, but it seems to be a bit more "Season One" Scooter. That's really the only thing that bothered me about Brian Henson's and Ricky Boyd's Scooters. They were too high-pitched. They...
I think it's probably Matt Vogel, same as in Muppet Race Mania.
I wasn't big on the Cheetah Girls bit... Piggy's voice just isn't right for that song. But, I think I liked pretty much everything else.
Quick question, was Dave Goelz sick during this? I don't think that was his hand in...
Me, too!
I want a "M" Central hat and mug. They're so cool! It'd be neat to see those come up as a way to support the site, and it's not something that would cause any legal problems. Love 'em all to crazy!
Yuppers. That was indeed based on the ex-parrot sketch from Monty Python. John Cleese actually co-wrote that episode of The Muppet Show.

Colander Stenchman and Football Stenchman.
I love those guys. Especially Football Stenchman. What a great puppet! I like all of Steve Whitmire's new characters from that movie.
I kind of agree here. Nightwing would work in the Nolan films, but Robin wouldn't. Sadly, it would be kind of difficult to go straight into Nightwing unless you started with a very brief Robin backstory that happened in between movies.
The Fiendish Fraggle
There was once a Fraggle named Frank. Frank Fraggle was rather fiendish by nature. Some Fraggles felt this fiendish fellow was only fiendish because his name was Frank, and few Fraggles would have very much fun with a name like Frank. But Frank Fraggle would never reveal...
Hmm. Good question. Perhaps one to be answered in the future.
On a side note, I've always wanted to do one of these for one of the musicians as well, and I made an attempt at one for Floyd, but it just wasn't working for me. I might be able to do something with it now.
Thanks...
I don't mean to be rude, but to come on here and insult people for trying to share some puppet-related information, whether you feel strongly about Puppet Heap or not, isn't very nice.
I hope you will be able to get along with the forum members here in the future, but it would make it a more...
-Sam the Eagle-
"Why do I do it?
"Why do I try to get through to these ridiculous creatures? All the silliness around here, it is enough to drive us nice, normal, decent sort of people absolutely insane. Hmmph. Anarchists! Rebels! This sort of thing is completely un-American. Would the...
Cute. Cute joke. :)
While I'm not big on all of Puppet Heap's Muppet work, I think some of their other puppets are absolutely beautiful! They do some interesting things there.
Thanks for posting this, Andrew. If I were a little closer to the city, I might think about applying.
Hehe. It's like the alarm clock. You always blame the alarm clock for a bad day. ;)
Thanks, prawnie. I like short stories. Nice for short attention spans like mine. :p
Poor rooster? It was all the rooster's fault that Sweetums had such a rotten day! ;) :p
I'm very glad you liked it. I needed something to do to show I could actually write descriptively... even though it's still pretty bad in that department.
A Day for Sweetums
Sweetums was a monster. A hulking mass of brown hair in tattered clothes. He awoke one morning to the sound of a rooster crowing just outside his window. He sat up, scratching his head and letting out a ferocious yawn. He stood, and made his way to the window.
"Hello...
Oh, no. You don't have to apologize. I think my post sounded a bit more defensive than I meant it to sound... read... what have you.
JACK SPARROW: "Muppet... savvy?" :)
I agree. I do like the style, but it doesn't translate well to some of the Muppet characters.
And whenever I see that Gonzo, it makes me think, "MmmmmMMMMMMmmmmmm!" :scary:
