I'm not starting garbage! Yesterday was Earth Day after all. :)
Besides, I think D'Snowth would see it as an honor to have the possessive form of his name be talked about in the same way Jim Henson was. :jim:
But aren't you a bit suspicious of the possessive forum of his name?
How do we know that possessive forum isn't going to kill us?
*Dave Connell walks in*
DAVE: That isn't very likely. That's D'Snowth's name.
*Dave Connell exits*
OK, that was kinda weird. Fifty-eight and a half points to the...
Yep. An MC hit. We had it at D'Snowth's new computer party.
P.S. The plural forum of D'Snowth sure looks weird. It's like you can't really believe the words possessive because of the apostrophe earlier on in the name.
I've noticed that Dog City never seems to be discussed on this forum. Doesn't anyone like Dog City? The only threads I've found about Dog City, using the search box, would be a thread about the DVD release.
Doesn't anyone like Dog City?
There's probably a past thread like this, but has anyone ever seen a person in their daily lives that looks like a Muppeteer or someone else who worked for the Muppets. 2 come to mind for me:
1. There's a man at my church that reminds me of Carroll Spinney.
2. One time I was at AAP, and the...
This is late, I know, but though there weren't any episodes, I do believe that I have seen an intro on some video release or something that was edited to not include a guest star name.
Hmm, I had a dream one night that I was at Walmart and bought a Muppet poster. Maybe that was all leading up to this so that I could tell you to look at Walmart and you'll find it.
Yeah, um, probably not.
I saw these announced, anyone know where I can possibly get them? No Target close to me, and everywhere else I could think of didn't have the Muppet ones.
Ha, when I read the title of this thread, I got excited. I thought we were announcing Muppet book lights. That would be pretty awesome, a green book light with Kermit's head on it. :)
Yahoo!!!!! (no, not the search engine) Happy anniversary 5 days late, Beau!
Awesome, a tin bucket made of aluminum! Next we'll have plastic buckets that are made out of iron.
And here is our current tally:
12 points - 2 items
10 points - 4 items
8 points - 1 item
Frog Knows How Many points - 1 fan-made item
See, I've always believed that Kermit's collar is a part of him. I mean, think about it, how many people walk around with a weird collar thing around their neck...
For me, the one that would be 2nd (Muppets being 1st, of course) would be the PBS show Arthur. I'm also a big fan of Pixar movies, but I'm not sure that I could completely call it an obsession.
Who thinks that the 2 Cars films are Pixar's worst? Yes, Cars 2 wasn't the greatest, but I don't know...
I've never been to NYC, but just an idea:
You could go to some of the spots of the Muppets Take Manhattan. For example:
Sardi's (234 West 44th Street)
Bergdorf Goodman
Central Park
The building used for the exterior of Pete's Luncheonette is now a McDonald's Express on 208 Varick Street.
