Getting back to the original topic (and slightly off-topic), this wasn't actually part of the Mr. Big plot, but there was a street scene in this episode where Telly and some kids were outside Hooper's Store and wanted to play a game. Mr. Handford came along, and Telly asked if he could teach...
This episode was actually 3217, and was never shown on Noggin. Noggin only aired episodes 3136-3200, and later added episode 3238. I think when this episode reran in Season 27, it was show 3502.
Wow! I can't believe someone would revive a thread that hasn't been replied to in 5 years!
But anyway, Oscar was never seen in that one episode. Interestingly enough, in one of the scenes in the store where Gina was so mad, Mr. Handford came in and politely explained to Mr. Big that they...
There is no press release kit. See, I actually heard this from this woman I regularly talk to from Sesame Workshop. I'm not going to give you the name, but that's where I heard about it.
I don't actually know. I'm just saying it's a possibility. I remember back when I heard about the new channel now known as PBS Kids Sprout was being launched, I remember hoping it would show some classic SS. But now, they're only showing episodes from Season 30 and 31. Then again, the purpose of...
Well, I have approximately 300 episodes, so I can't list them all. All of the ones that I personally taped myself between 1992 and 1995 are on VHS. All of the Noggin episodes I have are on VHS as well. The episodes that I've gotten from people from the 80s and 90s are a mixture of VHS and DVD.
Actually, that post is EXTREMELY old. Just look at the date. It was posted 3 1/2 years ago. I no longer have that mp3 file. Someone sent it to me a long time ago, and they say they no longer have it. However, I do have a copy of that episode. I just wish it wasn't missing the last 5 seconds.
Actually, that's a very interesting question. The calypso music that replaced the harmonica music at the end of Season 24 is still being used today at the beginning, but only lasted a few years at the end. I think the reason for this is because I always thought it had somewhat of a poignant...
I think you are right about how if the real sign was shown at the end of an episode, only the words Children's Television Workshop appeared. I don't remember who announced the sponsors at the end of 2124, but Oscar I think was trying to wake up Miles, and I think he just went back down into his...
I Don't Want to Live on the Moon
We Are All Earthlings
Water, Wind and Sun
What Do People Do
Rainy Day
Me and My Llama
Keys - Matches Gate Lock
Some of these songs only make me cry because they remind me of my childhood, and that Sesame Street was still a good show, AND...
Yes, 1845 ends at night. Dr. Nobel Price is doing an experiment to see if his teddy bear will fall to the ground every time he drops it. Of course it does, and he gets so tired, he falls asleep.
I've actually heard about a Season 19 episode, I think it's show 2385, that ends with a bunch of people sleeping, but it's in the daytime. It had a normal closing. There was another episode like this from Season 19, show 2435. I also remember this episode where there was a hurricane from Season...
This is interesting. 3352 was actually NOT a rerun. I was quite surprised it had the old nighttime music. Interestingly enough, this episode reran in Season 28 as show 3602, and the old nighttime music was used then as well. I was very surprised.
2795 had the regular harmonica music.
