Does anyone have Patti Labelle singing the Gospel Alphabet, and Little Jerry and the Monotones singing Mad?

No other very significant Richard photos in the book, but there are a few quotes I haven't seen before, and an anecdote about when Elmo got thrown at Kevin with more invective than usual.

I thought it was an amulet, too. But on second look, you're totally right. He looks really young there, too...I wonder if that's the "energetic" look everyone talks about. :) I get the book tomorrow, I'll let you know if there are any other new pictures.
