On an old Muppet Sing-Along record, Bert was taking a bath and Ernie dragged the piano into the bathroom and invited everyone on Sesame Street to come have a sing along. Poor Bert!

We gave out Harry Potter ones a couple of years ago, and actually a couple of years before that too. Once they had pictures from the movies, and once they were foldable "fortune tellers" that would tell you which house you were sorted into. :)

I know I said this last year, but I like Valentine's Day. Once you get past the over-commercial side of it, there's something kinda special about a holiday dedicated to telling people you love them. Of course, in an ideal world, that would be everyday, but it's nice that we do set aside a day...

That was a great video--I'd heard of it long ago, but I never saw it until now. As for the controversy, I think that any foundation that promotes respect among all people is a good thing... There's much more I could say, but I'd just be ranting...

Very sad news. I'm not the right age to have appreciated him when he was still on the Tonight Show, but I know that a lot of people are saddened by this. :sympathy:

Hope everyone's doing okay with the blizzard. We got snow and lots of wind in Iowa, but the snow didn't amount to too much in the end.

No clue--it should have been the first night, because it was either the first or second audition, but it seems that they're doing them all out of order. Guess it makes for better television or something...

Ooh, there are some bad people this year! Yikes! I kind of wish they'd show a few more of the people who made it through, but that'll come in time. I'm going to be keeping my eyes peeled for yours truly in a crowd shot when they get to Cleveland. Who knows...
