It's from the Loretta Lynn episode of The Muppet Show. That sketch is also on the 1985 video "Country Music with the Muppets". The 1985 video appears on eBay fairly frequently. The song also plays on Muppet Central Radio.

"Wonder Child" is from Sesame Street. It was on the 1979 album "The Stars Come Out on Sesame Street". "1 2 3 Sesame Street" by Stevie Wonder is from 1973 when he was on the show. The song has never been released on audio. The episode does air on Sesame Street Unpaved on Noggin.
