Scooter was definatly on par with Fozzie and Gonzo in TMS1 (not sure about the other seasons, I haven't seen enough). I'm pretty sure that Statler is younger than Waldorf, but always figured that both in their 80's. I think they exagerate about their age, though, and thought Pops older than them.
