    The theme is not that bad. I think it sounds similar to the original version. I don't really like the "oooh ahhh"s at the beginning. The slow motion seems a bit unecessary as well. But it's great otherwise.

    Unless they signed a contract stating they can't appear in commercials for rivals, I think the Muppets can appear on anything they're able to.
