Here is some big news that broke today, Jim Henson and the Muppets will be honored on US postage stamps to be released in 2005. We don't yet know what the stamps will look like.

It really wasn't clear what your question was... but if it helps Janis Joplin's album was "Cheap Thrills" whereas the Sesame one is called "Cheep Thrills".
I don't think it was produced. It will be interesting to see if we get any new 2005 calendars. The parody calendars with non-recycled photos were a joy in the mid-nineties.
Here is the info on "Cheep Thrills". It was only released on cassette in 1994.

The "eggnog" is sketch is from the Prince episode of Muppets Tonight. Mulch shows video clips of Dr. Phil at a Christmas party after he's had more and more eggnog.
Oh wow, I'd adore a Beautiful Day Monster figure. Doubt if it ever happens though.
I wouldn't be surprised if we saw Mahna Mahna and Snowths action figures in 2005.

I assume they closed it in the middle-to-late eighties due to competition. In the Dallas area there was Six Flags and White Water around the same period of time. I have no idea how many Sesame Place parks were open around the country during its heyday though.
