If you're looking to buy the new antron fleece (when it become available) just FYI Hampshire will only do wholesale sales, not retail. The mimimum order with antron used to be an entire roll, or about 50 yards.

You can, with practice and a lot of care, create nearly invisible seams on almost any kind of fleece. But it's hard. From what I understand samples of the new puppet fleece by Hampshire Textiles will be available in a few weeks.
To attach the half ping-pong balls eyes the best thing to do is cut a square of 1" foam that is aproximately the same size as a ping pong ball, then put hot glue inside the half ball and squish the foam inside. Once it dries you then glue the foam to your puppet's head.
