This'll sound weird, but it works. At least it does for me. When I'm trying to figure out what a character would say in a certain situation, and it's not quite coming... I put my hand up in the air and pretend I'm muppeteering that character. It looks silly, but it helps. Maybe it's just a...
The Plan with commentary
“Hopper is a very dangerous man,” Kermit said. “He’s threatening to kill Robin, he tried to kill us before, and he’s likely to try to kill us now. So if anyone wants to stay here, now’s the time to say it.”
commentary Now this ended up sounding an awful lot like...
Yes, but first I would have to figure out what the story is about. I mean, I've written three chapters and I still don't even know the gender of the villain. It's a little frustrating. So I will eventually post a preview... I think... but first let me figure out what exactly we would be previewing.
sounds good, just as long as you get back to this relatively soon and don't forget that it exists. It's definately good to have some nice light hearted Muppetness mixed in with the darker stuff, and since this story doesn't particularly allow that... I can understand a necessity for short...
No, I haven't forgotten about this commentary-ing, I've just been working on the next story. So I'll go eat and come back and crank out some more commentary. Sound good?
"Lions, and tigers, and penguins, and the upper east side of Montana." I love it! (how did you know I was about to nag for more story? oh that reminds me-) I want more!
(excuse me, D'Snowth? Who's playing the fife? ;))
Happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy happy birthday to the fastest poster at Muppet Central! One day early. <checks clock> Actually, closer to an hour early. At least, in my time zone. Anyways, happy...
Rowlf: You look beat.
I am beat. But you know, there were a couple of pretty funny moments at the party.
Rowlf: For example.
Let's just say it's very amusing to watch my cousins turn frisbee into a contact sport. But you know what I think the best part was?
Rowlf: Nope. Tell.
My...
Why wouldn't you want us to think you're weird? I thought "weird" was a good thing......... um, anyway, refamiliarize to your hearts content, no one will hold it against you. Heck, we'll praise you for it!
As for the picture, I love it. It screams muppet madness at me, definately captures the...
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Chef: vhet vhet vhet?
Rowlf: What's wrong?
SCHOOL STARTS ON THE 16TH!
Rowlf: So?
So? SO?!? That's the day I get home from camp! I have almost a week of camp, which doesn't allow much sleep, then I get to pretend to sleep during an eight hour bus ride...
My sister's boyfriend has a grand total of five names, and I can only spell one of them.
Oh, and it's not so much of a baby name as a nickname, but for a while my sister couldn't pronounce my other sister's name. So "Elizabeth" was known as (and is still sometimes called) "Ribbet." Like the...
Rowlf: Hey Lisa, you're back late.
Yeah... <yawn> family functions, you know, never know how long they'll last...
Rowlf: So was your uncle surprised?
Hm? Oh, well I wasn't there for the actual "surprising" part, but from what I've heard, yes. Had a pretty nice time.
Rowlf: Good to...
Gosh BEAR, I never thought of it that way. I've been so busy missing Rowlf that I haven't really paid attention to the other characters who have been stepping up. That's a good way to look at it. I think I'll still miss some of the other characters, but still... a very good point indeed.
