Most puppet builders need a modicum of 2-D artistic talent simply for doing sketches of what they intend to build. And that seems to be fairly universal.
I'd be interested to see, however, the correllation between the types of puppets that they are involved with and the art style the are most...
It really was a challenge building those guys from the ground up. Patterning is not exactly easy, you know? But the process I've been working out seems to have proven itself. I'm considering writing a book! :)

Disney, MHC, The Jim Henson Company, and Sesame Workshop all know about this person (actually persons?). I am told they are working with their lawyers to build a case and gather information. When they get that taken care of, they will send a Cease and Desist Order. If the activity continues...
Danny,
Don't be jealous! Like I mentioned earlier, it was pretty much only serendipity that brought this around. I was in the right place at the right time... that's LUCK, so don't be jealous of something so random!
It was a great experience. If I can parlay it into more cool work, I...

Now there, Fozzie Bear, you have a very interesting and logically progressive point.
If you want to get technical about it, if TheFabricator developed the patterns on his own and provided no other intellectual property indicia, meaning that he didn't encourage people to use the patterns to make...
Sadly, I MISSED IT! I was going to follow the whole thing all the way through, but i was here at Minnefex putting the finishing touches on the main control board prop for my own show TVTV (Transylvania Television)!
The rest of the guys here at the shop watched it. They sad it was funny.

That is a false argument. If your statement were true, then making copies of Rolex watches wouldn't be illegal as long as the movement were different. And we all know that is not true. It doesn't matter if you drafted the patterns yourself, it doesn't matter if the construction lines are...
