Well, in a way, it kinda seems like the EM has slowly started retiring anyway. They are a little outdated I guess, even though they are totally awesome. Again, can't get rid of the core group or Fozzie, Kermit, Gonzo and Piggy.
Notice that lately, what was previously considered secondary...
I bought 2 sets (4 penguins). I thought that would be enough for now. Financially that is all I can afford right now and I want to save more of my money for the Sesame S1. But I am so glad I am able to get some now. I can place one in a different place in my room.
(finally waking up after a previous long day)
Big Bird: Boy, you slept a long time.
Bry: Ugh, I know. How was yesterday with Ed and the Count?
Rosita: It was muy bien.
Big Bird: Yeah, we watched a bunch of old home movies from Sesame Street and stuff.
Bry: Wish I was there. Did...
Thank you, Beau. I have already decided to just drop it. I will not continue it on the forums as it is inappropriate for something so ridiculous and immature to begin with. So dropped as of this post as far as I'm concerned (well, really the other last post).
I thought Bobo would become...
Anyways... whatever has happened should be dropped as of now.
Onto the real topic at hand:
I don't think the Muppets should retire. They have some newer characters that I feel are starting to really find their place in the family--Johnny, Sal and notably Pepe. I don;t think Johnny and...
No it was something you said that reminds me of the logic of parents that don't understand those things that we like. That is what i was replying to. And it wasn;t a snap. There is no need to be mean about this or disrespectful to other people on this forum for things that you have no...
Also the mother on Fresh Prince. There are also cases (usually with guest stars) where an actor will play a different character every time they appear on the same show.
It's not exactly a "How did they do it" kind of featurette. It was little interviews with Patinkin, Williams, Elmo and the directors. Pretty much all it was.
(go and pick up Big Bird and Rosita from Ed's place. They are still half asleep so I help them up to our room and put them in bed, before I go to bed myself.) Goodnight all!
Bry: Okay, guys, I'm on my way out.
Big Bird: What? Well...when are you coming back?
Bry: I'll be back later tonight. Now, don't worry, I told Ed that you guys are still here and you can go down to his and Count's room to play if you want. They will be watching classic Sesame Street on...
Bry: I would love to be there, but I am afraid I have some things to do later. I know, work! Bleh. But I will send Big Bird and Rosita down. They'll love it. You can play with them if you want. I'll be gone all day. Just make sure you get them to bed safe and sound.
Right, but for me it isn't necessarily just the Muppets. Its the SS Muppets in particular. I think he appreciates the reg Muppets a little more. Its not like he puts down SS, he just doesnt necessarily see some of the same things the rest of us do in them besides whats on the surface. My mom...
Thanks, Frogster. Yeah, I was trying to be nice and I even apologized and explained where I was coming from. And my family is perfectly fine, MWoO, and even if it wasn't it is none of your business, because you don't even know who I am. So, I am just gonna let it go and forget about it...
I know what you mean. Johnny was still pretty funny though. His humor is just so subtle you really have to listen for it. Sometimes it takes a second to really sink in what he says. When Sal is there, it is a bit more obvious though.
Bry: Okay, looks like we are done, finally.
Our room is at the very end of the hall on the Right Wing (floor 2). Our room is on the right. As you walk in the door you will notice the whole room is painted a beautiful cream color, with deep green carpet and dark brown wooden borders between...
I just mean they both have celebrity talk shows. I did say they were a little different. The point I was trying to make was the fact that it was daytime, which is interesting.
So...what are my issues? This is really amusing.
I am assuming they rerun episodes for those who did not catch it. This way they can catch up until the new one comes around. Just a guess. I am sure it depends what station you watch on, but SS does air more than one episode a day on PBS (KCET). Why they don't show the newer episodes closer...
