I use Contact cement from a hardware store or 3m 74 spray glue. the contact cement works the best, it's storng stuff.

Boas and fringe are two different looks, I personally like the look of the fringe better. Here's some pictures White Fringe Lloyd Purple Fringe Petey Red and Purple Boa Dawnie Bird And really I think that the fringe has a more hair like quailty to it that the Boa. Hope this helps
