Yeah, I forgot to also mention Matt Vogel's voice (which, as you all know by now I am not too pleased with). I think it is just played too much. I mean, they have it in every episode but it seems that they just recycle the same 3 Journey to Ernies. So you would have the exact same one today...
That's awesome!
I remember when I had a Sesame Street themed birthday party as a little kid. In fact, I may have had a couple. I remember one year having a cake shaped like The Count!
I very much agree with Mrs. Pepper. This is a wonderful forum not only for talking about Muppets but other things on our minds too. Initially, it is our common love for Muppets that serves as the glue to tie us together, but then you find out more and more that there are so many other things...
Only if you can find enough ways to make it different and interesting. I thought the first one was really cute and clever. It was all very much played in typical Sesame Street fashion right down to the surprise gag at the end with Barkley (who wasn't even in the contest) winning. How could...
I have a suggestion, mainly for Prawnie but also for the rest of you. Take it or leave it. Since so many of the votes are varied in each category, maybe after the nominations are in we can reduce it down to the top five or so and then vote again from there to find the winners. Sort of like...
Yeah, its just for kicks and giggles. Can't take them too seriously. As far as that "geekiest" category, I am sure we can all apply for that. I'm sure that any one of us on this fansite has more or less a hint of geek in them. Atleast its Muppets though which is a pretty cool obsession. ;)
I would love to see the classic Muppets get together with the Sesame Street Muppets again (like in Muppet Family Christmas), only I'd like to see them all go to Sesame Street. Prawncracker's fan fic, Revenge of Elmo, made me wonder what it would be like if some of those characters visited...
Yahoo! I can't believe no one else got it before me.
Anyway, another note for the record: for the category of favorite user i didn't really know how to answer that because I enjoy so many of you the same. However I did pick one of my favorite members, Kathy, as a small nod for being so...
Okay, I will do my best...

Hi everyone! I am currently taking a Creative Writing course in school and part of the class is writing 2 original short stories. I am coming up on having to start the first one but I am not really sure what to write about. I think I really want to write some sort of Christmas/holiday tale...
Robin Hood might be cool..
Robin Hood: Kermit
Little John: Fozzie
Will Scarlett: Gonzo
Maid Marian: Miss Piggy
Friar Tuck: Sam Eagle
Alan-a-Dale: Rowlf
Sheriff of Nottingham: Statler and Waldorf
I am not one of the people that hates Elmo either, but I have had some moments of irritability at his expense. An example of this:
One day I purchased the Sing the Alphabet cd because there were a lot of songs (some very rare) that I wanted to add to my music collection. On the case cover...
Its a great show. I have only seen it once, but I remember lighting up even more when each Big Blue House pal popped up in the opening song. I was so excited to see that I was like a little kid all over again.
I like Journey to Ernie too. It is a great segment, especially for the younger kids. The format kinda reminds me of Blues Clues. Not only was it a great way to give Ernie more exposure than he had been for a while, but I noticed today that it is fun to see Ernie and Big Bird do something...
I appreciate everyone voting for me for things, but I find it funny that everyone keeps putting me down for BITBBH Enthusiast. I mean, I adore the program and I love Bear, but its not like I talk about it very much here. Oh well...still appreciate it!
