Muppets to receive Hollywood "Walk of Fame" Star on March 20

It would be great if they would invite as many Muppet performers as possible and then send in as many characters as performers, so it would look like many characters would be there to accept their star.

    Any Ernst Fans?

You know, I've noticed that in many movies "silent" characters tend to eventually get some sort of line, sometimes brief, sometimes as a plot point/surprise/gag, and sometimes seeming like it's not much of an event (it seems Bobby's lines in the movies aren't that spectacular of moments... In...

Pre-Order: "The Muppets" on Blu-ray and DVD coming March 20

Interestingly, that review lists two parody trailers I don't remember - Rise of the Muppets and Never. And they are listed before Green with Envy, and they seem to be listed in chronological order. Most of the deleted scene titles I recognize as happening in the novel. It mentions some credit...

Muppets you wish would come back!

Actually, Andy and Randy weren't in Deep Dish Nine or Porksmiths. And I think Dee Dish Nine is WORSE than Bay of Pigswatch.

The "It's A Great Time To Be A Muppet Fan" Thread - No Pessimism Allowed!

I really hope that the Muppets do some kind of special to commemorate the occasion of getting their star (though have there ever been any television specials for somebody who got a walk of fame star?). Maybe a special about their star, or some sort of Muppet retrospective, or something like that.

The Muppets After The Muppets - Episode 9: Getting Steve Carrel

Enjoy this newest episode of "The Muppets After The Muppets". Act 1 It was a somewhat busy day at Muppet Studios. Beauregard was dusting the shelves… “Good job, Bo”, said Kermit. “Oh, thanks”, said Beauregard. “But this is the fifth time you did this today”. Beauregard squinted, “Oh...

    The Transitions Thread!

I thought I'd start a threa dabout the various scene transitions on various Muppet productions, particularly The Muppet Show. They seem to fascinate me a bit. It seems like transitions were more common during the first two seasons of The Muppet Show, but afterwards were a bit scarcer, where...

It's a shame they won't just rebuild Clueless Morgan.

    Monsterpiece Theater timeline speculation

Well, there is a big Sesame Street quiz online, I assume it's official. Here is the link: http://www.pbs.org/independentlens/blog/take-the-ultimate-sesame-street-quiz And according to one of the answers (which asks what show was regularly spoofed on the show... Hint, it has something to do...
