Big Bird: Hey, did you hear that singing?
Gonzo: Yeah. Too bad some of the lyrics were off.
Rosita: Oh, be nice. They sounded good.
Clifford: For a bunch of monsters, huh? Hehehe (catches Telly and Rosita's eyes)...*ahem*.....oops.
Bry: (laughs) Hey, did you all sleep well last...
the Cookie Monster puppet is not shown full bodied very often, but I would assume he looks fairly similar to Telly. Telly has been shown full bodied many times.
Interesting. I don't believe Fraggle Rock inspired this show in any way, but interesting comparisons. The one I would have to disagree with is when they connected Gobo and Joey, and they said that Joey was the central focus of the show. Joey was NOT the central focus of the show.
Bry: Boy, that was good pizza.
Clifford: Yeah, man!
Bry: It's late and I'm tired. I think I'm gonna go to bed.
Telly: Good idea.
Bry: How should we do the sleeping arrangements? Sorry, we don't have any extra beds.
Clifford: Oh, that's cool. I got a sleeping bag here. I'll just...
The Paul Lynde thing...
Don't blame yourself for not knowing. Its actually maybe a good thing because he doesn't matter to you. Those things don't stand out in your mind so much and they shouldn't. I guess maybe I was confused because you said it was something you wish you didn't know. Is...
Hmm...well, here is my take on some of these.
Ryan Stiles smoking I am not all that surprised about. He sounds like a smoker.
Paul Lynde--Yes, he was gay. Thought this was common knowledge but maybe not.
Bewitched and Jeannie--how are these considered "gay shows"?
Jim Henson's original...
Big Bird: Hey, we're back from skating!
Snuffy: Looks like our friends are here.
Bry: Hey, Big Bird and Snuffy. We were all about to go out for some dinner.
Big Bird: Oh, good. I'll just put these things away.
Bry: Great. Where do you all wanna go?
Rosita: How about Everybody Eats...
I think it was appropriate for Henson and Oz to get the billing they did and it isn't because of they're name and position in the company, but I think that their characters were very prominant in the storyline. You are right about Ernie and Kermit. Kermit only made a cameo and Ernie and Bert...
Bry: Hey, we're home!
Telly: Hey, Bryan. There is a package here at the door. It's huge!
Bry: That's weird. Its Sunday.
Telly: (setting it down by the bed) I'll open it up.
Bry: Fine, just be careful.
Rosita: Big Bird left us a message. It says that he and Snuffy went out skating...
I am sure they will have no big problem bringing back all the still living performers from the original show. The only recasting I guess would be Jim Henson and Richard Hunt characters. Since their characters were fairly secondary they probably won't even appear in the film all that much...
Have Prairie just be an assistant or an intern or something. That might be good. Yeah, well Grover was always an exception. lol. I mean, Prairie has always clearly been just a little girl. I dunno, there are exceptions to everything I guess and its your story. :) Yes, "Oh Dear" is a catch...
Aside from the great Avator feature, I am rather annoyed by the new format. I don't like the way new posts are displayed now. I lose a lot of recent threads. Oh well
