Oooh, lovely and funny and sad and I'm sorry... I loved it, but I'm just so tired, I really need to sleep, but loved it! And I'll rave properly (oxymoron?) tommorow! <<<<<HUGS>>>>
OOOOHHHH!!!!! I'm already worked up before reading this and now!!! Well now I'm positively bouncing off the ceiling!!
<hypervetilates> Oh oh oh oh! <gasps> Breathing is good. Breathing is very good.
<sigh> Well, a little better. <<<<hugs Ru>>>>
Oh... that repetition of stupid, and then her...
Oooh! Prawnie! Great job on the story! I know, I know I still owe you that review I promised, and I haven't changed my mind... it's just been a weird sort of day. Anyway, I loved it! The funeral, and the light being Onzgo, and Piggy saying "Let's bounce!", which made me bounce, and finishing...
Yay!! More Ru story!! <bounces>
Ah, and so sweet and heart melty and interesting too. Not that this is a shock, but I loved seeing Piggy's thoughts about the whole arrangement, her nerves, her reactions to Kermit's sincerity during the ceremony. It's a really interesting take on the wedding...
Thank you, Beau dear! I get it now!
Mmm... nice title. I'm on the coast, so the sea is a powerful image for me.
Loved the toast passing scene, all the nameless descriptions of the characters, and poor long-suffering Sam waiting and waiting, then having to go for cereal. Liked mini-frog as a...
Ahh... sweet precious, lovely bliss!!!
I know, I know. I'm prone to understatement. I really should be in bed but, oh, who can resist!
You know what, this is too good not to quote, at least in brief. <ignores the muffled snickering abot the thought of Leyla being brief.
Lovely...
SQUUEEEEEEE!!!!!! A new Ruahnna story!!!!!! <bouncy bouncy glee glee glee>
AND I remember what inspired this!! <giggles> So, yay yay yay yay I love where this is going, and the ministers everywhere and the plotting, and Piggy's walking shoes and her moodiness and... oh, just everything. <hugs...
Cath's clique huh? <grins> Besides Catherine herself... who does that include? Me, I have no doubt, <giggles> but anyone else?
Anyway, I have to shake Ru's hand over dragging you into ushy gushy land. It's a very pleasant place to live! You're welcome of course.
Population: 2... or more...
Yay! More story!
Star stuff is always lovely in the Muppets. The beginning was very interesting. What language is that, by the way?
I'm going through this teenage Robin thing at the moment, and so teenage Robin hits me particularly hard. Lovely bit of introspection here with him. Growing up...
<also hugs Beau>
Prawnie!! I can't hardly keep up with you dear! (Not that I'm complaining here!) Great update, oh, and very very sad. I had one of those lung catchy things that Beau talks about at:
Lost my own dad when I was little, and that line hit me like a speeding freight train...
Hmm, well, okay Ed thanks for the info.
1. I've seen, and enjoyed the quote game, but I wasn't really intending to play it myself in this case, being I was pressed for time reviewing Lisa's lovely story.
2. Good point, and I don't really assume anything about her plans, but at least for the...
Ooh! Oh Lisa! Have I said that I love your writing yet? I have? Well...
I STILL DO!!!
Sorry, got a little excited there.
Sometimes first impressions are misleading, and sometimes they ain't! You start this chapter off with a bang, and you end it by making me whimper, and that's no bad...
<blink> Well, that was a nice little jolt you gave me, Beau dear! For all the Sam and Janice talk I've been um, reading, I had no idea that there was an actual story in the works, and I didn't know it was a Treasure Island story! You are full of surprises!
Anyway, let me be the first to tell...
Oh, anytime! :P
Has anyone else ever wondered why Piggy pushed that guy into the lake?
And does that picture of Fozzie and Kermit's Dad scare anyone else?
Oh, tres! Ah, thanks kindly for reminding me of that scene. "Fozze? You can come." Ah, you're right; that is so very very sweet! Always fun seeing the frog trying to get alone time with Piggy, and failing of course, but for such a nice reason. I'm gonna have to go watch that scene again...
You know I was all set to defend Kermit when I sat back and tried to think who started that fight, or at least, who broke character first, and for all of Piggy's "Please! Please! Please!" overacting, you're right, Ru, Kermit broke character first.
You learn something new every day.
In any...
Short perhaps, but absolutely packed with sweetness.
Lovely update here, and it's just so wonderful seeing Kermit and Fozzie interacting. You've got such a knack for showing just how much heart Fozzie has... and his dedication to doing the right thing. What a charming, consciencious bear we...
<shakes head> Ru, Ru, Ru... aren't you the one who's always telling me that we don't step on eachother's toes by writing similar stories? That we catch some undefined aspect that the characters declare about themselves and would be surprised at both the similarities and differences?
In any...
Nice seeing Rowlf's sardonic side come out there. I've always loved his comedy.
<giggles> I love how random Harry is, and how you led that right up to this:
More laughter, and a general upwelling of affection for all the muppety chaos.
But then you go and do this:
Which instantly...
