Cop: Breaker breaker 1-9, this is Joe here. That underage driver near killed me, and now there's a huge dent in my front fender. I'm sitting here in the parking lot of Northwest Donuts. Come down, we'll talk. (clicks off CB)
Hmmm... wonder if that was that loon Moppet's son...
It's not just Doc that I remember Gerry for, but also a character called Phil from a great episode of "Today's Special." Ought to be able to find some clips of it on that Today's Special Fan Page. Can't remember the address, sorry, my short term memory is ****.
Whoops! (This is becoming a word of high importance in my lexicon...)
I'll move this to another thread... OK, there already is one. Why am I here? Actually, that sounds like the cue for another poem:
Why am I here and not there?
Where did I come from?
What is God and does he exist?
What...
Oh- I've a few more movies here I can't get out of my mind.
1. Zoolander (this is the reason I stopped any possible relations with Ben Stiller)
2. The Wedding Singer (not a redeeming quality to the whole bloody thing)
3. Attack Of The Clones (remains the only time I've ever fallen...
I'd dive out a window, I can tell you that much.
No seriously though. I've become obsessed over the last two or so months. Obsessive compulsive disorder, can't help it. This is the same reason I have every record released by Elton John in duplicate.
Thanks for the compliments there, RD. We just had a poem like that on our English exam, and I really, really hate that writing style. Oh, and this reminds me of a quote:
"What- you expecting iambic pentameter?" -Cookie Monster
Actually RD, that's pretty darn fine poetry. May as well try to create one of my own. This one will be closer to that idiot style of poetry preferred by your English teacher, the one with no rhymes and a whack of metaphors. Oh, and this is a full on parody.
So, you've stumbled onto
this...
:sing: says: "Let the world be cosmically groovy, and let everyone keep their own beliefs. OK, Kermit?"
Stargate is a pretty darn fine series, and I can see why you like it.
EDIT: The heck with it. I'll give you one picture of someone I've had a crush on (and sorry DS, forgot to tell you...
I'll bloody well be here, working my way up. I try my best. Oh, and Gardy's right- it really is the quality of the posts that count. If that's all we're going on, I can't really argue Kevin's top position. However, I would propel Dan, Christy B, Vic Romano, Kelly and TogetherAgain further than...
Yes, mullets are the ugliest form of hair in the universe. However, it's much cooler to be able to de-fuse a nuclear bomb that could blow up the Earth with a paper clip and a puff of Ventolin than to kill 100 guys with a machine gun.
I want Bobo and Sal. I don't care about the rest of the figures, about Lewis Kazagger or Nurse Piggy. I don't need a standing Robin or Muppet Babies. I just want Bobo and Sal.
