Caught the Mr. Alan's School episode. It was pretty good. I also wondered why they didn't use Gordon since he is a real teacher, but since it was meant to be pretend it was extra funny using Alan having to split his time between his real job and playing school. Also, anything with Alan is...
Hi all! I don't normally post in here but I think I'll start. I have always enjoyed RH's characters and I think I have developed more appreciation for them now than ever. Not sure why. All his characters on Sesame Street were all C or B list characters but they were always memorable and made...
I am not usually up at this time, but to be honest I have not been able to sleep all night. I signed on just now at 6 am my time and was amazed to see so many of my MC buddies signed on also, such as Beth, Ed, Ryan and Kathy. All at once! Do you normally log on this early?
Welcome to MC, PaulaRae! I wonder if this might be of some help to you...

Bry: Right behind ya, Kyle. See you guys later!
Big Bird: Come on, Telly and Rosita. Let's go back to my nest and watch some TV for a bit.
Rosita: Okay.
Telly: Okay, but not too late. I have a fur cut appointment in the morning.
Bry: I'll have the barbecued salmon with sauteed vegetables please. To drink I will have some ginger ale.
Big Bird: I'd like the vegeburger on sesame seed bun, shoe string fries.
Telly: I'd like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich cut into triangles. Do we get dessert?
Bry: After your...
At Charlies
Bry: Hey, Kyle. Hi, guys. Actually, Snuffy couldn't make it. He is at home with his family tonight.
Telly: But we're here!
Rosita: Si!
Big Bird: Boy, am I hungry. I wonder what the specials are.
Yeah, but where I live, SS comes on 3 times on 2 different stations. They are all different episodes. One is a new episode, another is the new ep. from the day before, and another is a rerun usually.
Thanks for the latest review, Snowth. Unfortunately, I've missed the last few episodes including today's new episode. Hopefully I can catch the encore presentation of it tomorrow.
Hoots: (looking down from the roof) Hey, looks like Kathy's finally back. I'm sure Prairie is happy about that. And one less little bopper to worry about. (holding up sax) Hey, guys...any requests?
Hey, Kyle! Yeah, the front desk staff here is a little fuzzy in the brain, if you know what I mean. Anyway...I would love to join you all at Charlie's. Last I heard, Prairie is still back at the dormhouse waiting for Kathy's return. Snuffy is back at his cave with his family. Telly, Rosita...
I completely understand and respect that. As I said, they are wonderful and necessary for those who need it. It just drives me nuts when they are on and I can't control it.
Well, I prefer no captioning at all because I don't need them and they get in the way of me watching the show. I might as well just read a book or something. The other day, I turned on the show and the captioning was there. My TV was not programed that way, it just happened. It drove me nuts...
(On the roof)
Hoots: Yeah, Cliff. You're always welcome at Birdland. There's going to be a music festival there next month and you are all invited.

Prairie: Hmm...maybe I should knock on Ed's door and see if he's heard anything...
