Both ideas sound EXCELLENT. I also took a 400-level Shakespeare class this semester... I wish our instructor had given us that assignment! As I read Shakespeare, I love to imagine how I would stage it. *Sigh* Too bad I'm going to be a librarian instead of a stage director... I suppose my talent...
One of my grandparents' friends, who is very elderly if not in fact dead, has "Cinderella" as a middle name. :) I think it is kind of sweet, since she's an old (as in 90+) woman. I'm not so hot on using Cinderella as a baby name in this day and age, but for an elderly person, it's cute.

One of my friends in my Shakespeare class told me about this, and it is quite hilarious! :)
Same here.
I have some good friends who have an-almost-year-old daughter named Jaycee, and some other good friends who ALSO have an-almost-year-old daughter named Kaylee. Those names are too made-up-sounding and cutesy-wutesy for my tastes... I mean, sure, they're sweet now, but can you...
"Poverty" in Emmet Otter makes this blogger's list of top ten Christmas movie villains:

Not just that, but Jesus was a very common name, the Greek(?) equivalent to Joshua. That is why He is specified as Jesus THE Christ in certain parts of the New Testament... to point out that He was not just another Jesus, but the Christ as well.
Really, the fact that Jesus was named Jesus...
This blogger made his own list of the top 25 Christmas movies, and Muppet Christmas Carol is #13. He calls it the second best Christmas Carol adaptation ever (after Scrooged). He doesn't say much about the movie, but I thought everyone'd be glad that it made the list... unofficial as it may be...
Is it Rita Moreno? I was thinking Candice Bergen....
Oh, wait, the Bergen episode was the "Delivery for Kermit the Frog, are you Kermit the Frog?" running gag. Maybe it was Rita Moreno....
It was a stunt, probably for sweeps, that connected all four TGIF shows for one night. In the Sabrina episode, she made a "time ball" which changes the world to whatever time period someone thinks about while holding it. Salem ate the ball, and then ran away, leaving the Sabrina cast stuck in...
Remember that great cartoon of yesteryear, Doug? As a kid, I really only ever got to know the Disney version (as opposed to the Nickolodeon version). It was a great show.
Honk honk!
Oh, yeah, there was also apparently a dad who was a sports nut and his kids were Fox and Espn (pronounced es-spin).
There are some bizarre people in this world.
How's this for a mind boggle: Salem Saberhagen from Sabrina the Teenage Witch also appeared in Boy Meets World, Teen Angel, and You Wish. So there is a Perfect Strangers/Family Matters/Full House/Boy Meets World/Hangin with Mr. Cooper/Step by Step/Sabrina the Teenage Witch/Teen Angel/You Wish...
One of my parents' friends is married to a social worker, who had all kinds of crazy names.
One was a girl whose real, actual, name was Cherry Cherry. As in, Cherry was her first name and Cherry was her last name. She had been named her mother's maiden name, but she eventually had to be...
My brother and sister and I watched Sabrina the Teenaged Witch every week. And the whole fam loved Family Matters! Urkel is one of the best characters ever created for TV.
The first few seasons were kinda lame, and the last two or three were pretty shaky, too. But in the middle there...
