Bryan's BEARy Merry Christmas Holiday Reviews

That's the one alright! It's even gotten a little dirty and dusty over the years from being packed away, so it's got even more of that old school grungy look. Oh, I used to play with it all the time as a kid, and now is the perfect time to bring it back out (along with the character figures I...

    What the HECK?!

Guys, come on! Ignore each other and if you have a problem, talk to Kevin or Phillip. The arguement in this thread has become childish. And I am speaking as an outsider (not taking sides) this is just a general comment.

Bryan's BEARy Merry Christmas Holiday Reviews

I agree, Ed! That's exactly what I was hoping for with the Palisades figures too. Oh well...atleast I have my old Sesame Street playset building from when I was a kid. I'll take it out and decorate it for Christmas along with some of my non-Palisade Sesame figures as I get my room all set up...

    jonny and the sprites

When does this show start? It looks really good and I think it will be a great addition to the great classic kids shows.

Glad you liked it, Beth! Thanks! Yeah, I didn't mention the tag with Cookie and the tree. I left it out by accident. I'm glad you are digging out your tape. That's what I hope some of these reviews will do. I'd also like to mention that you can get Christmas Eve On Sesame Street on DVD. I...

Bryan's BEARy Merry Christmas Holiday Reviews

Happy holidays, everyone! It’s time for my BEARy Merry Holiday Reviews. I’d like to start the series off with a “true blue” classic – Christmas Eve On Sesame Street. BEARy Merry Holiday Review #1: CHRISTMAS EVE ON SESAME STREET (1978) Cast: Linda Bove as Linda Northern Calloway as...

    Muppet Christmas MUP3's

Does anyone remember Vanessa Williams Christmas special on TV? I think it was on around 10 years ago or so. Rosie O'Donnell was on it along with Elmo and they sang a really cute version of "White Christmas" together. If anyone has an MP3 of this, I would greatly appreciate it!

    D'Snowth Sesame Reviews: Issue 37, Volume 2006

Yeah, it was weird. It looked like he was mouthing along to his own pre-recorded voice.

Did anyone notice how in the Alphabet Roadshow episode, Alan's voice looked dubbed?

What muppet character are you most like?

No offense, but there is a thread exactly like this that was started just days ago.

Non-Muppet MP3 Trading Thread--Tis the season to give!

I love the Muppet Christmas MP3 thread that I started but I thought, what about all the great non-Muppety Christmas music too? This actually stemmed from my dilemma that I have been trying to find the soundtrack to Mrs. Santa Claus, the wonderful TV movie musical done about 10 years ago...

    Who was your favorite vocalist?

Tough choice between Alaina Reed and Bob McGrath, but then I say, "Wait! They are both so amazing, yet so different too!"

    Lots of MUP3's, Wanna Trade?

I would love all and any of these, Ryan! I know that's a lot of songs and I don't wanna cause trouble. You don't have to send me everything. Also, if anyone has "Train Back Home" that George Burns sang on TMS, or any of Gene Kelly's numbers from his episode, that would be awesome!

    Bein Green vs. Rainbow Connection

Just a reminder... Remember what the initial question was that Anything Muppet asked: "What is the ultimate Kermit theme?" He wasn't asking what the Muppet theme was nor what your personal favorite of the two songs are. Just something to keep in mind. On that note, I am voting for...

    Bein Green vs. Rainbow Connection

Excellent point! I'll have to agree here, Dave. I adore both songs though. "Green" is most definitely Kermit's anthem, and "Rainbow Connection" is more the anthem of the Muppets (along with a number of other songs, such as "Just One Person" and "It's in Every One of Us".)
