I agree. The baby is not to blame for anything and deserves the absolute best. I think it is wonderful and comendable that your mother is going to support her friend. That's what friends do. And I'm sure she needs all the love and support she can get given her situation.
Interesting that he is promoting it now considering it's been on the shelves for quite a long time. Anyhow, I sadly missed the interview because I just woke up and I didn't know this was happening. Oh well.
Telly: (walking down the sidewalk outside the dorm house) Hmm...what can I get? There's gotta be something I could give.
Easter Bunny: Hey, did I hear someone say they needed something to give? As in a present?
Telly: Yeah, that was me! Who are you?
EB: Why, I'm the Easter Bunny...
Same here. I have music from all the big Muppet Christmas specials/movies, plus songs from the Sesame Street Christmas albums, John Denver & the Muppets, and the new Muppet CD. Christmas just isn't the same without the Muppets!
Telly: Zzzzzz...
Bry: Good. Now that we got Telly safe and inside for the night...
Big Bird: Though he never really spilled what was bothering him.
Bry: That's because he was curled up in a ball fast asleep in the corner of the downstairs common room. Maybe he'll talk to us tomorrow...
(Telly is walking through part of the garden and passes by a familiar pile of waste but doesn't notice it and he keeps on walking)

Telly: Hi, Ed. Actually, I can't really talk about it. You see...(looks around, then whispers) it's a secret. I think I'll just go for a walk out in the garden.
Big Bird: Hmm...is it possible to be sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Ernie: Well, Gonzo once said that it's tiring being run over by tractor tires over and over again as he blows his nose into a plastic tuba.
Bry: And that's pretty sick.
Ernie: So I think it's possible.
Bert...

Well, if John Denver were still living, he'd be at the very top of my list. Not only because of his close relationship with Jim Henson and the Muppets, but also because his music is so similar to the style that the Fraggles had.
Here are a few names off the top of my head that I feel would...
I could give you a few names that could reach that status if they haven't already...
Billy Crystal
Steve Martin (again)
Julie Andrews
Dick Van Dyke
Ruth Buzzi
Tony Bennett
Nathan Lane
Bernadette Peters
Carol Burnett
Jay Leno
Ed McMahon
I think that makes more sense and will be easier to write a good story, while still dealing with issues of today maybe. I mean, they were sort of hinting that the Gorgs will have a special role in this. I can sort of imagine them being a cause for drama and conflict in this. That Junior Gorg...
