Gonzo. With him around I could NEVER be bored. Seriously, it'd be impossible.
Or maybe Scooter, cause he's just adorable ;)
I'd say Kermit, but I do value my life. Miss Piggy would eat me for dinner - either that or "hi-yah" me into next week.
You know, if somebody whisked me away to a magical land, I'd stay, no question. Who needs the "real world" when you'd have magic and wonder at every turn? Seriously, in the manga Sarah has basically become a boring and unimaginative school teacher. How sad :/
Yeah, Toby was definitely a toy...
Jareth strikes me as the type of person who wants to have nice things (like, say, a baby) but leaves the caring for it to someone else. You know? Have a goblin feed and change Toby, and he might play with him when the fancy strikes him, but otherwise it's not his job (in Jareth's head, anyway).
Is that what it was for? I think it came out in 1990 (if my dad's handwriting is right) and I'm almost positive MuppetVision wasn't around until the late 90s. Or maybe it was, and I just didn't get to see it myself until then.
Oh gosh, that's hard to answer. Sesame Street is probably it. I was born in the middle of the "big 3" movies of the late 70s/early 80s and was 3 when The Muppet Show ended, so I doubt I remember anything about seeing them during their "original" run. I did have a Muppets Take Manhatten Readalong...
When did Hook come out, '91? I think it saw it in theaters :D I was but 10 and not yet a pirate. And I've always wanted to replicate the nursery room! Who would it be for, you ask? Myself! I'd having the flowing curtain, the paintings on the wall, everything!
Yes, I really hate growing up...
My dad taped it off the TV years ago! It's so cute :) You'd think Disney would put it on DVD, seeing as it's free publicity!
"I'm doggin' it!"
And I love it when Miss Piggy is dragged onto the wild rides, and when Gonzo and Camilla explore Disney's "basement."
Mokey - Because I love art and love to write. Also, I suppose I have a "different" way of viewing life.
Fozzie - Like to make people laugh, but am also insecure. :o
Gonzo - I'm weird and don't really fit in. :concern:
Red - I'm not athletic and outgoing, but I definitely channel her...
After finishing my DVD set, I noticed a lot of the musical numbers from this season were featured in some 80s TV specials that I rented as a kid (there's one where Piggy and Kermit are out dining and talk about the show, that I remember).
Yeah, I thought something was a little "off" about the...
I know, it's crazy - I did a random search, and Cyberchase and Ecco the Dolphin have more fanfiction than Fraggle Rock does!
Maybe it'll flare up a little when the movie comes out? But I'm a little worried about the kind of funky stuff we might see if that happens.
Heh, well I'm sure the Muppets are considered geeky to a degree - but then, most of my hobbies/loves are considered geeky, so I guess I always assume something is geeky because I'm into it :)
I have a friend who came to visit and asked if she could watch my Fraggle Rock and all the Muppet...
Just please stick to the ORIGINAL puppeteers, or I will be heartbroken :( Unless it's a case of where the voice behind the fraggle is no longer with us and it can't be helped.
