No, i wasn't saying it was ONE company that had been making the plushes, and DVDs... just explaining the curse that they Have in not being able to have complete sets.
Nice find. I've seen those a long time ago. But they should help with all angles.
I'd like to see some of your work, Kale. Maybe post some pictures.
And yes, even i have made replicas... but when you're dealing with handing out patterns... people can get grouchy... which stinks.
Welcome to the boards :)
However... i do have some bad news to share with you. Alot of the people who build puppets won't tell you how any character in the Muppet universe is made. Alot of them are against reproducing, as these characters are copyrighted.
Stinks... but most will tell you...
This is so silly. I must have spent $60 or so on the season sets... and if they keep doiong this... no one will buy season sets anymore, and wait for a complete set. The complete sets are never made unless the season sets do well. So really the company won't be making money after all.
How is...
THANKS! Yea that was her. As soon as you said, Tee Hee... i remembered right away.
The picture IS her... but i remembered her (as a child) looking so much different... But thats her lol thanks.
Title asks it all. I'm interested in the body pattern at Project Puppet... But it may be the same as some mentioned in the Foam book which i own. So, i really would hate to "waste" $15 on a pattern i may already own.
Does anyone know if the pattern isn't listed in the Foam Book...
OMG! I CAN SEE HIS INSIDES!
Is that a puppet of your avatar image?
Muppetfan89... i was also going to suggest that you make sure your eyes are attached to the puppet. Also... make sure yours looks like the pictures or the video you're working with. I'm assumeing that you possibly either...
Today i found NEW full body Sesame Puppets at Target. They were on sale for only $14.99.
The characters that are out are
-Big Bird
-Cookie Monster
-Elmo
-Grover
On the back of the package there were pictures of the same group... so that says that there arn't anymore characters released (at...
um... maybe this would be the thread to ask...
What works best for the mouth plates? I'm using card board from cereal boxes. I can somewhat move the mouths into reactions... but its not as easy as the Muppets make it seem.
What WORKS best for this?
BTW i tried the ice cream bucket cap...
Y sell the old sets? dont they have the gifts inside? I know 1 n 2 do, however i still havn't finished 2 so i havn't opened my 3rd yet...
Or are you planning on selling the DVDs without the pack-ins? In that case selling them for $20 each as Amazon is doing the same, new... its not really...
Congrats! And i could tell that there were times were you were hiding the camera. Go YOU!
Thank you for recording the memories of that night.
Heres the funny thing. There were video cameras from the staff working there. I'm sure the school has a copy of the whole night... i wounder if...
Oh wow! I thought it had to be something like "connections"... I actually am kicking my butt for not asking her then... lol.
But congrats to those who have been able to get in there.
Let me ask, MelissaY1... if i may that is... how does one get the shot of becoming an intern? I have planned...
i Meant to ask Sonia about that... how does one get into the set? I've heard of it being done many times. And is there a fee?
When i seen her at the singing all these other questions poped up... and i honestly i was just so amazed to see her that i dont recall our whole convo.
