I just got my pair of shoes today in the mail! I'll include some pics of the packaging and the shoes themselves. Now, do I wear them or admire them? I'll probably wear them to the premiere! The cost $95.00 plus shipping and handling from citysole.com.
Here's a link to all the photos I took...
The first spot was quite good. Piggy talked to China Anne McClaine and Sierra McCormick from A.N.T. Farm (Jake Short got kicked out of the spot by Piggy).
My favorite part was when Piggy asked what the third rule of being a movie star was and China and Sierra say, "Be yourself." "That's right!"...
There is also a new "Who is Kermit" video on the Disney.com homepage. I quite liked it. It was interview style, with Kermit, Piggy, and Floyd and Animal.
Just saw a commercial on Disney Channel advertising "The Muppets Movie Secrets" tomorrow starting at 8/7 Central.
From what I gathered during the commercial, the Muppet gang (whom in this commercial included Big Mean Carl) will share movie star tips with Disney Channel stars. In the commercial...
Here's the design I submitted! It was all done by hand in pencil, then inked, then digitally colored. Since the theme was adventure, I figured nothing said adventure more than traveling across the country and how the Muppets first met!
Happy voting everyone!

This was the mini-trailer that was aired during Monsters, Inc. Sunday night. You can clearly here the chickens clucking "Forget You" as background music.
So far (and it's only the first commercial break), Miss Piggy is completely true-to-form. The inclusion of a picture of Kermit in her Piggyfied dressing really completes her character and her role as guest star.
I really like how the characters on So Random! are competing to work with Piggy, as...
Anyone else find it a little odd when you read the character profiles that the characters are "returning to the roles" they made famous in the previous films?
So, Kermit the Frog is an actor playing the role of Kermit the Frog? Does that imply the Muppet Movies are actually based on...
When I saw this thread, the first thing that popped into my head was the episode of The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson! Here's a link to the part I'm referring to:

At about :35, Craig makes a great observation about Miss Piggy's gloves. I...
The album has grown on me over the last week. So much in fact that I spent some time creating my own album art for it. It can be found here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gr8gonzo/6085868555/
I have to admit that I really enjoy "Movin' Right Along." I think it really captures the fun and...
I was very much inspired by the Green Album to create some artwork as an album cover. I like the album cover as it is, but I really wanted to reflect the Muppets that inspired the cover songs.
I hope you all enjoy it!
These are all pencil drawings that I manipulated in photoshop to get the...
I tend to think that Pepe ushered in the new era of Muppet humor - which was beyond the vaudeville, innocent, naive humor the Muppets are known for.
I agre, he's good in small doses, but not as a tool to overshadow the original Muppet characters just because their original performers are gone.
I think there are some odd choices on here and I still wonder how "Our World" made it on the album, but the second half of the album has grown on me. I really like " I Hope that Something Better Comes Along" especially since that song hasn't really been heard on an album for a long time now...
