I think a big part of it is that Muppet Christmas Carol is such a well known and popular story among all ages. But I think it has a bigger part to do with the fact that it is the first one that a lot of them ever saw. For us old classic muppet fans, we remember them as how they once were instead...
I was wondering that myself how they did all that. I was really curious before he came out how they would show him. When he was walking out you couldn't see below his waist. I wonder how the live audience saw him.
Yeah they do have a hard time working him in a lot of the movies but I love his cameos. As far as MCC, that was one of my biggest complaints about the movie is that the main muppets have such small roles. Thats OK though its still a good movie especially for being the first major project in the...
I'm wondering the same thing myself. Seems they wouldn't be releasing all these episodes like this if they were doing boxed sets but you never know. Lets keep hoping. In the meantime I will settle for this. Can't wait for April 26th and May 20th for that matter either!!!!!
I thought it was awesome. Grover stole the show. He was way more funny and entertaining than Tim Daly. I laughed so hard when he told Tim that Super Grover would be out in the parking lot waiting for him after he insulted Sesame Street. I agree that the band sucked and Grover should have got...
I had to buy a lot of my muppet dvd off of e-bay cause they are no longer in print. A lot of them aren't overly expensive but they are getting harder to find than before. As far as I know you can't find the older Jim Henson Muppet Movies at the store anymore. Suncoast is a good place to look for...
They are all worth the money!! I would start with the Muppet Caper or the Muppet Movie. They are both out of print now and harder to get. If you are serious about wanting them take what you can get cause they are getting harder and harder to find. Both the Muppet Caper and Muppet Movie are GREAT...
No, I wish it was 9 at our time. That would be perfect. Unfortunately if it is 8 eastern time it would be 7 central time for us in illinois. I'm having my dad tape it for me and I already told him I will be swinging by his place to pick the tape up and it won't be returned. :)
YES!!!! I can't wait!!!! The bad part is I have school that night until 8:30. Hopefully we will get out early or I will sneak out early. I can't skip cause its the first day of class. I was out at the Disney store today and stood around waiting to see if they would play the preview. I stood...
OK, thats good than cause I have school on that friday night. I hope its not that saturday either cause I have school that whole weekend actually. But at least on a saturday I'll be available to watch it. I guess I'm just getting really restless to watch this movie. As soon as we hear any...
I hope that your not implying that I'm a liar cause I take serious offense to that. Yes, I should have clarified my information a little bit more. The only information I got is STRICTLY second hand rumor. It was posted on a message board and not to be taken entirely as a fact. I posted this...
I've been trying to research it myself online. The only thing I found is a tentative date for May 20th from 8-10. The one weekend in May I have school. Oh well I'll still tape it and watch it later I guess.
I never liked those intros either. There were a few interesting tidbits of information about how the show was filmed, but for the most part it ruined the best parts of the show.
Ok, so April is officially here friday. Does anyone have any confirmation of the official air date of the Oz movie other than sometime in May. I'm getting anxious!!!!!
