I watched Open Sesame when it was on at the time, and I remember they used a good number of old sketches whose chances of ending up online are very slim at the moment, such as the 4-part skit "The Boy, The Girl, and the Jellybeans" from 1969.
So there's a possibility there...it just hasn't...

The claim by that one user about it being shown in Ireland during the early-mid 90s makes me think that it could have been included in one of the episodes of this show.
Although, I just read the comments on the Lost Media Wiki article, and one user claims that it was shown in Ireland sometime during the early-mid 1990s.
...which is basically Jon Armond explaining the story of the cartoon and how he found it. No audio of the actual short there, which is kinda disappointing. For a moment I was getting my hopes up. :(
I will say that while listening to the episode of the DJ Food podcast from 2004 (where I found the English audio for "Spinning Wheel"), there was one track that I initially suspected to be the Crack Master skit, based on the haunting background music and a woman's voice bellowing out "Giraffe"...
Remember when Sesame Workshop put up a social media campaign trying to find the actor who played Gordon in the Sesame Street test shows a few years ago? Maybe we can convince them to do the same thing with this.

This article on Lost Media Wiki says that Jon Armond had been sending an audio version of the documentary to people via email requests. I sent him a request a few weeks ago, but he hasn't replied...

I was listening to a podcast hosted by DJ Food from 2004 celebrating the 35th anniversary of Sesame Street, and that's where I found it. And it was Gordon (Matt Robinson) who was dressing the AMs and not Bob. Jim Henson...
I've been thinking...as much as I want to see more classic episodes on DVD - complete seasons, random scenes here and there, anything - just like everyone else here, part of me insists that it's best they don't.
Why? Because they'll make tons of unnecessary edits like replacing the original...
