Definitely! A while ago I was looking through the Fraggle Rock episode guide on MuppetWiki, and I kept thinking "Oh that episode looks good!" "Oh I'd really like to see that one!" Later, I found out nearly all the episodes I'd focused on were in the second season!
Skye, nice signature!
Yeah me too, there a lot of 3 or 4th season episodes I'd like to see. Let's hope they get up the motivation!
As for right now though, I'm grateful for season 2, and really looking forward to seeing episodes I've never seen before like "Fraggle Wars."
Well, it's September 5th, the Fraggle Rock DVD's debut date. I pre-ordered it on Barnes&Noble.com. ::Sigh:: I knew it wouldn't actually come to my house today, but I'm still kinda disapointed it didn't! lol
It would be nice if the Muppets did something new. But personally, I wouldn't mind if they never did anything else. Not just because the new stuff has consistently disapointed. But also because the Muppets have done their good work, they're classic and by definiton something that's classic can't...
When I was little, I used to have all three. Unfortunately, Hey, Cinderella and The Musicians of Bremen got lost at some point (grrr that still makes me sad).
I still have The Frog Prince though. It's a funny look at the fairy tale. I like all of Kermit's frog friends. Same with Hey...
I went into a Halloween store today and saw a full body Elmo costume for children...::shivers::
Just wanted to say good luck to everyone who suffered from the weather, things were pretty bad yesterday!
I agree, then it wouldn't be worth it.
That reminds me of when Muppet Babies was on Nickelodeon. Just before it would come on, sometimes they'd have the voice of Doug (from the old Nickelodeon cartoon) saying, "I just want to say, Muppet Babies is NOT a show for babies! Real baby shows just...
Well, I thought the beginning was interesting about Sarah's conflicts with her baby brother. But the parts about Hoggle I didn't agree with. Hoggle's not a Christ figure. He doesn't represent the good that Sarah's rejecting. He's a fallen person who has to redeem himself.
And I think the...
That's awesome that he wrote you back, Megan, welcome to the thread! ;)
The other day at The Museum, I viewed an old Behind the Scenes Muppet special called, "Henson's Place." It was a special I used to have on tape when I was really young, I guess it's how I always knew who Jim and Frank...
Ever since I was very young I've always enjoyed an English muffin or bagel with peanut butter. Not butter or jam, always peanut butter. I don't know why. And I still always eat that for breakfast.
If it's a special occasion breakfast though, like at a hotel or with relatives, I like...
It is a shame you didn't get to see him, Amanda. I've had similar experiences with relatives. But it's great that you were able to call him. I'm sure he appreciated it.
It is a good lesson for everybody. You never know how much time you'll have with the people you care about. So we should try...
Yeah it's a shame they're not together, but it's probably hard to get schedules coordinated and such.
I'm glad they included Steve's home movies, I was surprised to see it was Richard and Dave recording that "Rev" song!
Hey, the doll will probably be more fun as a puppet!

That is a good story! Oh yeah, I hadn't really thought about the Emmys they'd won for the Muppet show before!
Update, the song "It's in Every One of Us" was written by David Pomeranz. Don't know if that helps, but it's something.
I know that song was in the Muppet Family Christmas special. But I don't know where else it might be available.
I saw Trading Spaces, it was really good!
Amanda, if this doesn't sound too personal, did you call him "Uncle Richard"? I was just wondering :)
