Oh I've always loved Bob too. Such a great voice and he was always so normal and reliable on the show, lol. And the interview overall was really interesting, especially learning about his early career. It is good to hear there wasn't too much ego or conflicts on the set, that's pretty rare. :)

The Jim Henson Hour was definitely unique. When it was on I didn't realize it was a TV show and just figured there were a ton of Muppet specials at that time! It wasn't perfect but it had potential. Actually it was a good example of quality television that never had a chance. Like the Labyrinth...

I don't think Richard was getting complaints about his performance, as was mentioned earlier in the thread. There is a quote somewhere where he was supposed to have said, "I'm sick of the calls I"m getting performing this character." I think that means he was sick of getting called to the set...
