    So... Sesame Street Season 44!

I know right? I mean part of the charm of the humans that were on the show from the get-go is that they didn't take a big Hollywood approach to whomever they would cast, they just brought people in, had them interact with children in something like a focus group, and whoever the kids responded...

So I was talking to a non-fan and...

Twilight is essentially responisble for why sane (subjective) people no longer like vampires: Twilight became popular (though more for the romantic aspect, not necessarily the vampire aspect), then to capitalize on it's popularity, we ended up with all these different kinds of cable shows about...

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

You ever notice on TV or in movies, whenever a woman falls into a funk (usually as the result of a breakup, or some kind of feeling of betrayal), she then spends the next day and night (or however long) sitting up in her bed, feeling sorry for herself, and stuffing her face full of ice cream, or...

    Ugliest International Sesame Street Muppets

I AM curious about something though... when did Sesame Workshop start allowing other international co-productions to have their own Big Bird? I'm not talking about Abelardo, or Pino, or Minik Kus, or any of those, I mean actually having an actual Big Bird, if by another name? Caroll mentioned...

    So... Sesame Street Season 44!

I do believe that they do try to look for ways to continually acknowledge that there was, at one point, an actual Mr. Hooper who used to run Hooper's Store, whether it's the fact that the store's name hasn't changed after all these years, or the picture Big Bird has of him next to his nest, or...

Arthur - Where is the Show Going?

Admittedly, despite being a Nostalgia Critic fan, that's actually one issue I DO have (and I too felt this episode put it into perspective), that so many people out there form and base their opinions on certain shows or movies, all on his reviews, without even seeing them for themselves; and...

Arthur - Where is the Show Going?

I saw today's new episode... already wrote up a lengthily review over at Hubert's forum and don't really feel like repeating all the details, but I will say that on the whole, I enjoyed the entire episode today, with "Buster's Book Battle" being a little better than "On the Buster Scale", as...

The "I Saw Something REALLY Weird Today" Thread

A promo for MARTHA SPEAKS, while "Werewolves of London" was playing in the background. Interesting.

    One thing I've JUST noticed...

I'm aware they're in a smaller studio now, but I don't see how that would effect the staircase to the carriage house, keep in mind, they've been in small studios before they moved to Kaufman.

Whatever Happened to Michigan J. Frog??

He was kind of a more obscure and one-note character anyway. I don't know why they made him the WB's mascot back in the day.
