Can I just chime in that the Right Wing political cartoons against the PBS debacle are the dumbest things I've ever seen?
Translation: WAAAAA!! Da Debt.
Man, I HATE political cartoons.
About FREAKING time...
even though I don't own a set yet. But these are the episodes I'd want to pick up first anyway. Hopefully we'll see Wakko's Wish on DVD soon as well.
Maybe they'll also consider releasing the rest of Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries as well. I doubt it, though.
This episode was more like it... not extremely great, but pretty typical (that's a good thing). Seems they're pairing up ALL the episodes this season on certain characters (an upcoming episode has 2 Buster cartoons in one full episode).
Whoever designed Muffy's profile in these character...
"I've got sand in my NOOOOOOOOOOOOOSE!"
Somehow, I feel this is hysteria, because they didn't exactly say they wouldn't make any more... just that there aren't any in the pipeline. I honestly don't think they had any, regardless of how WTP and PATF did. There was talk about a 2-D animated...
2015 isn't too far off. We've past the mid point of October... that's barely 2-3 years away, depending on the release date. That seems par for when a movie's in development.
Too true. There was only one time they made a significant change to the show, and it was very early on. The "Elmo playing with a camcorder" thing was replaced with the E-mails, and nothing was shaken up since. And I'm not counting when they have different Mr. and Ms. Noodles. The only other...
Gore Wazzisname uses Johnny better. He has more fun in POTC and Rango than any of Tim's movies. He seems to be more and more zombie like in his films. Willy Wonka, Mad Hatter, and Sweeny Todd just didn't seem half as fun for him to play as Jack Sparrow.
But directors need to break their...
Sesame Workshop does great things all over the world, and you better believe they get flack from extremists in other countries for it. There are objections that are outright disgusting from people who want to make sure kids grow up to be as angry and vengeful as the easily controlled adults...
That's how I feel. I think I probably was the one to bring it up. it's not that Wimzy is a bad program, just a clumsily executed one. I agree that there were others in the style of Henson puppets, from bigger budget main stream projects like Puzzle Place, to smaller indie works like the...
I over simplified the plot...
The character basically wanted everyone to like her and tried to make a good first impression... but she was babbling. Then she turned into someone who basically told weird stories. That's when kids started liking her, but then she accidentally told the same...
The difference is that it's a PS2 cut scene animation, where as a movie will most likely have a higher budget and better animation. Though there's a LOT of work involved getting Snoopy to translate to 3-D better than that attempt. How do you deal with a character that often is in profile, but...
Telly's no prize pig himself. Those dead eyes...
That has to be the only organic version of Velvet there is. I just find that strange for some reason. I kinda pictured the CGI one from the show being on a large monitor or projected somehow.
But I am LOVING how those Boogie Woogie sheep...
Well, the new episode was on... I give it a hearty meh...
The animation isn't quite terrible if you get used to it, though its only slightly better animated than Jacob Two-Two. Not quite as good as Martha Speaks.
Ladonna wouldn't SHUT THE CRAP UP for the first 5 minutes of the episode. She...
Quoted for TRUTH.
Emotionally manipulative is still better than completely lobotomized. I mean, I like the newer Muppet movies, but they had a LOT more missing than this film did. If they didn't make this film, they'd've made another film just like the last crop where something's there and too...
I don't think that would be the case. If they were going to "realify" Woodstock, they'd have to realify Snoopy and the kids, and it wouldn't look a thing like Peanuts.
It comes down to this. The Schulz estate or family or whatever has been very strict as of late. The TV specials were...
Here's something. Not a DVD release, but an actual AIR DATE!
October 27th on Saturday Morning on the CW, they're going to rerun Tiny Toons: Night Ghoulery.
I am NOT making this up.
Yeah, but at least he didn't turn it into a Johnny Depp wears a funny hat hooking up with Burton's wife story. There's just some weird personal issue right there. You can't blame him for trying to get back to his roots before the emo goth fangirls hijacked his films. I'd give him an Oscar for...
You could get 2 Funko Pops for that much. Aren't the Muppet Star Wars figures that much too? There's better collectibles than this. Only thing that's worth the 25 bucks is the artificial scarcity.
This may not be sanctioned by Sesame Street, but it's not exactly sanctioned by the president or the Democratic party either. it's a joke gone too far and a dead horse that's been beaten, but it's not under the advisement of any politician. Let's get that straight.
Second of all, I do agree...
I'd agree, but it seems there was too much pressure to get one out and get that movie out that was the problem. Not to mention all the crap they had to face. She's too African American, she's not African American enough.
But my point is they needed one (not to be PC, but to make...
