Oscar also appeared in the apartment two chocolate ice cream cones, one of which he gave to Bert and another he traded with Ernie for mashed banana with cold gravy.
Looking back, I notice how Oscar, like Cookie, usually walked into the apt. without knocking and nobody even seemed to notice or...
Here are some Richard appearances dear to me:
The librarian AM on SS who gets annoyed by Cookie Monster.
Kyle Kawinga (sp?) the singing civil servant on TMS.
Richard as Beautiful Day Monster on TMS with Paul Williams.
There's more where that came from!
Phil,
How's the mood in Texas with this event? I get the idea that this particularly is hitting home for folks in Texas, although everyone everywhere is suffering. Any Texans on this board living near the area where this happened or where debris has hit?
Here in New York, many people in...
I don't know, I liked Little Bird and that voice Fran gave her. (It is a her, right?) Perhaps most of the kids didn't stay interested in her for very long.
#5 - This is Lefty that's been spoken about alot here, sometimes just known as "The Salesman" in coloring books and the like.

Maybe if you're reading this, Jerry (or "Scred" :) ) you can directly shine some light on this.
I'm sure this is old hat knowledge to most people. Just the same, the voiceover for that UFO bit was Northern Calloway, aka. "David": also the voice for the jazzy Muppet who visualized shapes.
-"Do you know what a square is?"
-"I know WHO a square is. LOL!!!!!"
It's just amazing that half the world doesn't know about Henson's animation talents, whether King of Eight or the Baker # series intro or even in Timepiece with the confetti-esque animation that seemed to show up between scenes.
Thanks folks, I knew I'd get an answer to that mysterious punchline if I through the question open here.
And I was mistaken, I'm not slapping my head and saying "Oh, of course" because I never heard of that phrase "make hay when the sun shines". It may have been popular when Jim Henson, Frank...
