That's how it seems to me too. But I do hope HIT will make the short (and whatever other content might be exclusive) available separately to those who have purchased the individual sets and opt not to buy the big box.

That's possible. HIT's website listed the press release for the complete set, but nowhere did they mention the separate fourth season. I really hope they don't plan to only release the complete set, and you're stuck if you want Season 4 by itself.
