Oh yeah and adding to that even further - something left off of the Henson press releases is that Toy Play are also going to be making 'Muppet Babies' Figurines (PVC's i guess) so it maybe explains why they were excluded from Palisades license.

Good point - and you have the new TV show with this one too so you've got the instant media profile. It just was never that popular here so i have no idea about the size of the U.S fanbase though i guessed there was one.

Aren't "Ren & Stimpy" a bit errr three years ago ? I can't believe thats still popular in the states. Nice license for them if the new cartoon does well though and existing cult fanbase i guess.

It doesn't look good for the Fox show at all, and i think it is suggested they could be doing one new TV movie for NBC with another possibly to follow - but thats nowhere near official. If any of this is happening we'll know very shortly. There are apparently new projects yet to be announced...

It's around a month behind S4, but Target will be putting their Muppets out on shelves later than everybody else so it'll probably look like they arrive instore at the same time. You should start hearing about S4 arriving at comic stores any day now, but it'll be at least a few weeks before...

Re: Guys, Yeah i guess some U.S channel is gonna screen it or something - could only really explain the licensing interest, though it is distributed a heck of a lot more than anything else Henson around the world. We'll probably find out about some new 'in development' Henson productions...
