Well, you can't really review a movie you haven't seen.
I don't have a problem with the negative reviews, as one would similarly complain to a salesman in a physical store. And in this case (if HIT reads the reviews) they get direct feedback.
No one really knows what's going to happen. Word will probably not come until well after the release of the Complete Collection on November 4th. If we're lucky, we may hear something by spring.

I am very much looking forward to a review. Despite the circumstances, HIT has put considerable time and effort into this, and I'm really interested in reading a detailed report on it.
Roughly one week before release, the Complete Series Collection is barely in the top 10,000 (#9,940).

HIT has recently stated that it is very important for them to hear, and continue to hear, directly from consumers in regards to this issue. This issue has been, and probably still is, circulating within their company ever since the announcement and the publishing of very unfavorable remarks on...
Another concern could be the flip side: if the economy gets worse, and HIT can't afford to make a Season 4 set.
Granted that's probably the worst possible scenario (and least likely, I think, considering most of the work on Season 4 has been done already) but I suppose it's possible if things...
I spoke with Insight Editions when this news broke and they told me the cancellation was definite from what they knew.
They also said to contact the production company for updates (which I take to be HIT or Henson).
HIT's distribution of Fraggle Rock is worldwide. The Australian sets were licensed through HIT, so they are most certainly aware of them. Their customer service reps, however, often know less than we do.
