    Easter Fozzie Plush at CVS

Wasn't able to find either of those two, and I've only seen Fozzie in some of the CVS's I've been in... Granted, one was insanely small. If any are left on clearance, I may just grab one.

    Easter Fozzie Plush at CVS

Unfortunately, I don't have a picture and I didn't buy the thing, but there was a small Plush of Fozzie dressed up in either a rabbit or lamb costume in CVS's Easter section. It's not the best looking thing, but the eye and nose placement are unusually correct to a degree.

The Return of "Whose Line is it Anyway"

It really annoys me that's a crime to do that in that sort of place. That's like a restaurant that forbids you to eat food on its premises. The career ending punishment he got was a little, no pun intended, heavy handed. But then again, that show was mid-season summer replacement. Even if...

Coming Soon: "The Jim Henson Collection" DVD

They don't even list the company that's putting this out, so we don't even have a clue what it could be.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

I am SOOOO sick of video lagging. And God help you if there's no different quality and you're stuck waiting for a 5 minute video to load in 20 minutes. If it's some anti-piracy crap, they sure suck at it. If it's an unintended glitch, they've been taking their sweet time fixing it.

Vivendi to release new Fraggle Rock DVDs and other Henson Classics

If this doesn't have the animated series like they said it would, I might pass. Unless it's cheaper to get the box anyway.

Muppets sequel plot and promotional photo in Entertainment Weekly

Agreed fully. This film has the same creative team as the last film (minus Jason), and the only meddling Disney put forth in The Muppets actually made the film better! Kermit having a dilapidated mansion bought during better days? We loved that concept. better than him having a very good...

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

You know... I heard something about Jack the Giant Slayer that makes me almost want to see the movie. Apparently, Ewan MacGregor based his character off of... get ready for it... Hong Kong Phooey. If that doesn't make me almost want to see it, I don;t know what would.

Help Sesame Street get 1 Billion Views on YouTube

Inching ever closer... they're at 99.8%... Dear lord, I'm the counting every single day guy.

Muppets sequel plot and promotional photo in Entertainment Weekly

A PIS film would be great, but I wonder how they could get one to work. I'd think it's a bold step in making a movie focus on specific Muppet characters besides the main group (with the exception of Piggy, the star of that segment). I just don't see them doing one ever. And I'm glad they've...

Spaghetti Space Race at Universal Studios Singapore

Eh... that's kind of a loss. I'm sure they have someone else in mind. Still, it's strange they haven't officially recast Elmo quite yet. But then again, they film stuff so far into the future for budget reasons, then they probably don't need him right away yet. Makes me wonder how many other...

Muppets sequel plot and promotional photo in Entertainment Weekly

I wonder how much of the characters was Disney, how much was Segal et al (James Bobin was integral to Uncle Deadly's inclusion), and how much was the Muppeteers. Scooter did have a small comeback in the last 2 telefilms before the Disney buy out. The fact they were able to get Link Hogthrob, a...

Weekly Box Office and Film Discussion Thread

I'm probably the only one who's going to say this... but out of all the movies this next month, I have to see the one with Steve Carell and Jim Carrey as dueling magicians. I mean, Oz looks alright I guess, The Croods I'll probably wind up seeing even though I keep saying how much I want to...

Spaghetti Space Race at Universal Studios Singapore

I just wonder if it's a temporary recast or what. I'm liking Peter's Elmo. It needs some more practice (he sounds like he's just a bit older), sounding just a little like earlier Elmo (ever notice when they recast these guys they always sound like they first did?)... but I think that brings up...

Muppets sequel plot and promotional photo in Entertainment Weekly

I still don't see why it took so long to recast a Richard Hunt role with someone who's been recast for Richard time and time again (even before Richard passed on... he was Sweetums in a scene in the Cosby Show). Was it an availability issue, as David was primarily a Sesame Street puppeteer? I...

    International skits on Youtube...

The editing was pretty clumsy to hear just a bit of Elmo and The Count's Hebrew Dialogue. Somehow, they should have done it the other way around and made the guests speak in Hebrew dialogue and Carlton in English. Anyway... am I the only one that thinks it's funny that they're using 90's clips...

Nine Years Later: Disney buys Muppets and Bear

MWOZ, due only in part to Piggy playing the bad guy... well, all 4 Witches at any rate. But then again, there was no way to put that in there with the casting choices they made. Even though MTI had Jerry go out of the story's way to establish a gender flipped Benjamin Gunn to get Piggy in the...

Peter Linz Elmo sure sounds like Peter Linz. I wonder what John Kennedy's sounded like.

Who has a Deviant Art account?

Like I said before... there's a great deal of people with weird fetishes that subscribe to me (part of the reason I don't look at anyone's pages anymore). I haven't done anything like that yet and I don't plan on it.

Nine Years Later: Disney buys Muppets and Bear

I really wanna see where they absolutely think that people LOVE Kermit and Piggy's constant bickering and fat jokes. Those are awful and tiresome, and I applaud the movie for actually giving depth to their relationship and not some dumb cartoony Flanderized version of something they all got...
