I don't know, the lack of morsels thing just hit me really hard. Not that the episodes aren't great, but it was nice to get extra info and quotes I'd never heard before. And the way they flashed on the screen honestly didn't bother me.
I was thinking the same thing, for some reason they didn't put the effort into that this time. It makes me nervous about Season 3, but I won't assume yet. :)
I know! That's just what I was thinking; and I was so suprised. And it was rather touching. You always see a ton of kids with Elmo gear, and then you see this one little girl clutching Grover. :D
Oh yeah we've talked about this on the "What Sketches Scared You" thread. I was always scared of the cartoon where the weird guy with the beak face was pushing an elephant through a door. ::shivers::
Those Cookie and King Minus sketches sound like they would have definitely freaked me out! I...
Oh I love mixes, I wish they weren't looked down upon so much. And yes the Brittany is very pretty, though surprisingly not focused on very much in dog books and calenders.
Well some sources say "rage" was the wrong word to describe it, because dogs aren't capable of feeling an emotion like...
Oh definitely, it's just that I used to have two Brittany Spaniels, and they were the best pets ever. :)
Oh God, lolol, good one! Well you've got a good point about the cury/wavy coat and the lovable energy. I've never had a Springer, but Brittanys are very similar in temperment. Though...

Again, not all kids live in the nice suburbs. A lot of kids still don't have ideal places to hang out. To remove something because it's doesn't comply with PC or "safe" standards does not coincide with the real world. And sometimes kids want to see their own experiences reflected on TV, not an...
Exactly! It's not easy (or typical) to do both. A documentary for Plant of the Apes discussed how Charlton's '50s characters were so strong and brave and heroic and always came out on top. But in the '60s and '70s his character started reflecting the changing times and became more fallible and...
