Anyone who makes fun of Star Trek either has never watched it or else they have and *they* are the weird ones. Seriously, what's not to like about it?
But anyway, back to Sesame Street...
I think my favorites would have to be Richard Hunt (for Placido Flamingo and Don Music), Jim Henson (for Ernie), Frank Oz (for Grover), and Kevin Clash (for Hoots and Elmo [back when he was just another character]).
I live in Little Rock, and I went to the exhibit for the second time yesterday. It was wonderful! I was familiar with many of the things on display already, but somehow I still found myself laughing real hard and then was moved to tears by the end of it-just thinking about this man who created...
I've wondered about the season that segment was from, myself. It's my guess that it was taped 1983-84, judging from the looks of the cast, but I'm really not sure. Some kind soul out there once told me that, but I can't remember who and therefore I can't accurately cite it or even judge how...

I know that it can be dangerous to post clips with Noggin or other corporate "bugs" in the corner of the screen on YouTube, but does anyone know if it's safe to post clips with local public television "bugs" on there? I'm afraid to try and find out, since I've already had two videos deleted in...
I'm lastofthegypsies. :-) .
The reply to the video remarked about the coincidence that this video should appear so quickly after this thread. The truth is, I was looking for a new video to post, and I got inspired when I saw this thread, since it appeared that there was an audience for this...
I didn't post on this thread for a long, long time because I thought I'd already done so...but then I looked through my posting history, and found that I had not. Perhaps I posted on a similar thread on the old Yesterdayland board?
Anyway, I was petrified of Placido Flamingo, like many of...
