I think Sababa's still cooking because the on line stores that sell fraggles keep re-stocking them. I'm sure Mokey & Matt will show up some time. :smirk:
Yeah, Boober's all ga-ga for Tosh in " A Tune For Two ". Wembley makes a pretty good face when Boober decides to do the duet with her after he just told Wembley that he wanted nothing to do with the whole thing. :smirk:
Actually, there was this special aired in the evening... possibly the Friday before the new shows started the next morning, where some celebrity ( can't recall who ), was being shown the new NBC Saturday morning line-up. I recall a part where he talked with cartoon Gobo, which would've been the...
Yeah, I know what you mean. Look at " Jem ". The opening sequence to that show was really nice for what it was. Almost made it seem.. respectable. But since this tidbit is fraggle animation, I got a bit more uhhh... zealous over the what-could-have-beens. :smirk:
AwesomeAwesomeAwesome! It's sad but the animation in that commercial is better than all 12 or 13 episodes of the cartoon. :smirk:
* thinks * Ya know, I actually own a few of the storyboards for this commercial. ( 3 I think ). They're rather crude but Mom got them from eBay about 300 years ago...
OH! I know one that kills me cuz it always catches me off guard ( and darnit! I'm always on guard ). I just saw it again the other night watching " Sir Hubris and the Gorgs ". Right before Ma starts reading to Junior the story of Sir Hubris, Junior gets all excited, jumping all over ( and...
That's not Scooter, that's a baby fraggle. Who's Scooter? I bet next you'll tell me there's some girl named Skeeter who was only seen in a cartoon of some sort.
Okay, as for the box color, what about French Gray 6 ?
I still prefer to think fraggles are born like people are. I thought I read once that the writers toyed with the idea of having an egg fall into the fraggle pond that hatched a fraggle. Dunno how true that is... but then, that did happen in " Wembley's Egg "... 'cept a bird came outta the egg...
The Great Radish Famine. I saw it when we first got HBO which I think was late 1986. Since I wasn't too familiar with anything about it, I kinda thought Mokey was the main character since Gobo wasn't around in that episode. I pretty much saw them in order from then on. :smirk: :excited:
