I've been thinking that they should've done one more young Traveling Matt story ( where Uncle Gobo develops some sort of respect for Matt... something a bit more lasting than what was shown in the series ) and another episode featuring the " T. Matthew Fraggle " room. :smirk:
I dunno if this is new news or not but I just found three, plush, Fraggle Rock, bobble-head dolls at Manhattan Toys' website. Gobo, Red & Wembley. $15 each. Wee! :smirk::excited::coy:
Wow I forgot all about this. I'm gonna hafta search through my stuff... I can barely remember what the catalog looks like. Now I'm all curious. :smirk: Although, I don't think there was a picture of the puppets... they were just listed as coming soon or something.
Heyas,
I did a fraggle drawing based on the CCR song " Have You Ever Seen The Rain? ". It's here http://phraggle.deviantart.com/#/d36tues on my Deviant Art page.
Thanks for lookin'. :smirk::excited::coy:
Hee hee. I've got the entire set boxed also. Not that I'm trying to brag or anything.
Actually, I think I was the one who wrote up some of the fraggle info in the collectibles section.
Boober is the hardest to find. Although, since there have been ummm... well, several new plush Boobers...
Personally, I'm kinda glad the movie is on hiatus. I'd rather they try to do a story that didn't go outside of the show's continuity and didn't rely on celebrity cameos. ( I'd keep the celebs out altogether if it were up to me ). :smirk:
I know. I know. I just think the term is cold and... umm... too corporate. Oh, and heartless. I've never been a fan of the whole " this is first & foremost a business " outlook on movies and comics &... well, art. Making money from your art is good & all don't get me wrong about that. I think...
I drew a new Gobo & Red quickie. It can be viewed on my Deviant Art page here ---> http://phraggle.deviantart.com/art/Gobo-And-Red-Satisfied-164305085 If it's too goofy, the moderators can take this thread down. :smirk: + :excited:
