Muppets Most Wanted: What went wrong?

Because going to the movies is a communal experience that people enjoy, and secondly, you don't have to register a membership and be forced to use it when you don't feel like it.

    Pattern Advice/Suggestions Please

Well, after brainstorming the problem for a little while, I finally decided to do what I normally do whenever I build puppets: I just ad-lib and pattern as I go, like a lot of people do when they fabricate, as seen in my YouTube videos. I started with the little snoot-like protrusion that was...

Miss Piggy joins NBC Christmas Special

Honestly, I don't care, I'm sick of these holiday concert specials; and hasn't Michael Buble's relevance died out, like two years ago?

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

Jimmy Buffett recently opened a restaurant close to where I live, and already it's getting poor reviews. :P I don't think it has a giant neon red chicken like Kenny Rogers did when he opened a chicken restaurant across the street from Kramer.

    Most Obnoxious Fandoms

Muppet fans are unofficially called Muppet Freaks; it's unofficial, because it's what older, long-time fans started calling themselves, but newer and younger fans who aren't aware of this feel insulted to be refered to as a "freak" without realizing it's just a fan name, and in these cases, the...

You Ever Notice...and What's the Deal...

What's the deal with artists and musicians opening up their own restaurants? How does a career in the music industry make you a culinary expert?

    My own personal open rant

Excuse me for bumping this thread again, but I kind of have a different perspective this time. Nearly a month ago, I uploaded my latest work, an artistic short film entitled THE WINDMILL, which was something of a tribute to and a psuedo remake of the Disney Silly Symphony THE OLD MILL. It was...

Now what's going on with YouTube?

What is with this "The Gaming Show In My Parents' Garage" ad that appears on the bottom of every single freaking video you watch? There's also links to it in almost every video description now too.

Now what's going on with YouTube?

They always pop back up anyway. But yes, it's interesting that they switched to that, because for the longest time, I've been yelling at the computer whenever I get hordes of these "suggestions" on the homepage, and I'm clicking to remove them, "I'M NOT ******* INTERESTED!!!"

West Nile, Swine Flu, Meningitis, and Sequelitis

Lol... a "family comedy" with a mild swear word in the title? Wut?

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

Okay, I get that they'll give anybody a reality show, yeah-yeah-yeah, but is anyone else besides me a little bothered that morticians are being given a reality show? Sure, apparently the show's more about they really moonlight as amateur wrestlers (who writes this stuff), but still, it seems...

West Nile, Swine Flu, Meningitis, and Sequelitis

A third NIGHT AT THE MUSEUM movie... why am I not surprised? I mean, honestly, it's painfully obvious Ben Stiller's coloring his gray hair to keep from looking like he's aged almost ten years since the first one, and it seems a little disorienting to see Robin Williams in a new movie just months...

    HEH! Work It's been Canceled!

Again, networks don't give a shittake mushroom anymore, all they care about is having X-amount of viewers and bringing in X-amount of money, and if they feel a show isn't living up to that fulfillment, even while still running, they'll go ahead and yank it. It's not like back in the old days...

Okay... how is Bill Cosby supposedly raping girls back in the 80s somehow Obama's fault today?

    Questions about anything

And if it's not copyright, there's the possibility you're listening to a PAL recording, as movies are projected at a different frame rate in other regions outside of North America and other territories: in North America and some regions, film is projected at 24 frames per second, while in other...

    Most Obnoxious Fandoms

My only quibble, as with others out there, is at the same time, Sarah really experiences no character development otherwise... yeah, everything's all normal and fine as if nothing happened, but she's otherwise exactly the same from beginning to end.
