That's probably because it is, in fact, NOT Lips. It's Gonzo. I can instinctively hear Dave Goelz's voice in the line ""I feel so good!" and then "Just like the old days" a few moments later. Gonzo's puppeteer is probably just off, like Piggy's, and Lip's mouth moving was just a coincidence...

I'm not too sure about that. Spamela, Droop, and Captain Pighead are shown in the wedding scene, and they weren't in the character encyclopedia. Also, 80's Robot, who we know has at least a small presence in a few scenes, wasn't in the encyclopedia.

No, I wouldn't say they're spoilers. Just speculation. We don't know for a fact that it's the character in question, but it is possible.
