Hey! Welcome to the forum. I saw your Muppet post on fanmail.biz (I once did a bit of snooping around on that website for Muppet performers and their addresses, with little to no luck.)
Man, you are incredibly lucky. I would kill for an autograph from Dave Goelz or Steve Whitmire. I've gotten...
Whaaaaaat?! New Posers? I thought those were all destroyed in the burning of El Ricós Sánchez...
And I'm sure Pepe has SUCH a huge role in the movie. *sarcasm alert*
Ever wanted to see Taminella dress up as Santa Claus? Ever wanted to see Jim Henson from just the waist down? Ever wanted to see Yorick wear Super Grover's helmet? If you answered yes to any of those questions, go ahead and watch the incredibly rare clip down below:
I don't know about the rest...
I'll be honest. When I first heard the song, I wasn't too sure of it. It just didn't sound right to me. But, after a few more listenings (I'm sure all of us have watched it several times by now), it started to grow on me. Then I actually paid more attention to what was IN the video and I was...
Even I have to admit, when they have a good Animal moment, it's a good moment. This commercial is a prime example of that. Not just the whole "shouting one word repeatedly" shtick he's had for quite a while now.
Does Disney own the rights to the Muppet Babies? I was never too sure of that...
Alright, I'll give you credit for this, you actually got me to laugh at Animal. Which is, as I may add, is a very RARE occasion.
Also, the puppetry in this is fantastic!
Agreed. Casual fans already have a hard time telling the difference between Kermit and Robin. Adding a character specifically designed to look like Kermit would just add to the confusion.
I also don't think they'll be friends with Constantine in the end. Don't get me wrong, Constantine is a...
That's probably because it is, in fact, NOT Lips.
It's Gonzo. I can instinctively hear Dave Goelz's voice in the line ""I feel so good!" and then "Just like the old days" a few moments later. Gonzo's puppeteer is probably just off, like Piggy's, and Lip's mouth moving was just a coincidence...
I'm not too sure about that. Spamela, Droop, and Captain Pighead are shown in the wedding scene, and they weren't in the character encyclopedia. Also, 80's Robot, who we know has at least a small presence in a few scenes, wasn't in the encyclopedia.
That would explain why we haven't seen these Muppets in a long time. They've been in prison!
It's Gloat! And he's wearing a prisoner outfit! And he's texting! And...Gloat!
Yeah, Angel Marie is there too but...Gloat!
It seems with every little clip they release I get even more excited for...
Since we're on the subject of obscure characters, I figured I'd bring this up again:
This picture. It's intrigued me ever since I saw it in the "Game Day" promo. There's just so much going on here, it's pretty overwhelming.
Anyway, at the back of the picture, you can see several Muppets...
Oooh! Man..looks like MMW is going to have more Muppets than TM(2011)! Well, I won't ask anymore on who the Muppet(s) that appear in this scene are. If it's not any of the Muppets I said before, then it will truly be a surprise!
