Kinda unique review
Well, I don't know if everyone here has heard about this one- but I just recently watched a brand new Sesame Street video... online!:)
It's a 2006 video called "Talk, Listen, Connect" and it's about 25 minutes long. This is a special project produced by Sesame Workshop...
I know this probably doesn't count because I think he was pretty much just the guy in the really big suit and I don't know that he actually did a voice, but gymnast Toby Towson also once performed Barkley in 1978 (for that great Christmas special- A Special Sesame Street Christmas. From what...
I love Saved By the Bell! Definitely one of the best shows ever!:) Zack is the coolest ever! The gang always reminded me of Archie and the gang (best comic series ever) And I've seen Good Morning, Miss Bliss and Saved By the Bell, and Saved By the Bell: The College Years and Saved By the...
Well, I finally got to view a long awaited video!!!!
Sesame Street: Sing Along Earth Songs!!!!
Woo hoo! This was an awesome video! It's been reviewed on here already, so I didn't think I'd bother to review it again in much detail- but I will mention a few cool things about it.
Some...
I always loved the cartoon where the guy at the grocery store is stacking cans and people keep coming and grabbing one out from the middle and make the whole stack topple down- so the poor dude has to keep going and setting it back up again! Having worked in a grocery store before, I can relate!:)
I have heard "In the Middle of the Night" (great song, by the way) and if "In the Quiet of the Evening" is a parody of it- it's a kinda loose one, like a lot of Sesame Street's parodies are. But perhaps it was inspired by the song anyway- lyrically. Musically, I don't think the two are very...
Yes! I really love this clip- reminds me of home in the Caribbean. Yeah- coconuts make great snacks when it's hot out- you can drink the water or milk as it's sometimes called- and eat the jelly inside- it's all really good.
:)
Wow! I remember "Bert and the Broken Teapot"! I used to have that book. I remember Bert was so upset because he broke a teapot while filling in for David at Hooper's Store. :( But of course, David forgave him (even though it was a special teapot that Mr. Hooper had given David, I believe) and...
Interesting ideas- I'm liking The Count as Jacob Marley. I could see that well! :)
(Though it might be funny to see one of Oscar's closest associates in the role- like Slimey!!!)
And I would think Grungetta would be the only choice for Belle. I mean, I know Oscar's a Grouch- but he...
Well, I'm sure Elmo loves Christmas- yeah, I love Christmas too!
But I did actually mean "Elmo Saves Christmas"!:)
(You wouldn't believe how many times Christmas has been "saved"! I mean, everyone from Elmo to The Flintstones to Inspector Gadget to Felix the Cat to Noddy to the GLO...
"Happy Days" and "Laverne & Shirley" are both owned by Paramount- and currently each have their 1st. Season available on DVD!!! (I still hope the rest of the seasons will soon follow)
(However, they both were aired on ABC- but I'm pretty sure Paramount still holds the rights.)
And I'm still...
Well, it's not the same as a video- but at least here's a MP3 file of the "Cowboy X" cartoon on Sesame Street!!!:)
http://www.flicklives.com/Television/Cowboy_X.mp3
Well, I just found a little more info on this title- looks like the 3 Ghosts of Christmas won't be any established Sesame Street characters...unless of course that robot is Sam the Robot!!! :-)

I don't know if anyone else is thoroughly excited about this- but I'm ecstatic about it and can't wait to see it- okay, yes Sesame Street Old School Volume 1 on DVD- but I was actually talking about "A Sesame Street Christmas Carol" on DVD!!!:)...
I say Forgive and forget. I've done plenty of stupid stuff, dude. Well, I still do plenty of stupid stuff. I think maybe sometimes I do stuff that's only halfway stupid- so maybe I'm getting better! :D
Welcome Back, Kotter!:)
As far as I know, any Muppet Babies video release still features the original voices from the cartoon. (Though keep in mind that the voices from 1984 changed through the progression of the series through 1992)
Now this is interesting. I was just looking at the Amazon.com listing for the "I'm Glad I'm Me" video (which has been previously reviewed here by me- I really, really liked it!:) ) but check this out...
