Ooor..Things you loved as a kid that you still love in just the same way and don't get why people only see the bad in or denounce them ;). Usually if I love it even more I grew up with it, and things I never saw I end up really liking because the core soul of the movie\show speaks to me in the...
EEee! Secret Life of ToysSecret Life of ToysSecret Life of Toys...Sorry, my hopes are up now. Since I had, like no hopes of seeing this series again I think that is something :D
Catch A Tail By The Tiger :D I love sayings, and the fact that something like them from the human world could have gotten all the way down to Fraggle Rock and mixed up into a song that's even deeper is so emotional ;.;
I also love It Makes You Cry and of course Children Of Tomorrow :).
For Mokey...

I have no comic shop in...
I watched you :D.
The fact of the matter is no one really cares as much as the artist how long you took to draw/or color lineart, all they care about is the end character. For what it is worth, even if you draw a well known character but you put some deep thought and reasoning behind the theme...
The Great Muppet Caper is my favorite of the older movies :\. It's not a generation thing, I think grouping us into generations by likes is a bit silly :).
Really, I think too many people may be linking overrated with 'I don't like this'. I mean, if we are doing it that way then just about...
To me Luigi was the level headed sweet heart, not frightened all the time :). Actually with the way he could jump he had less to worry about than Mario IMHO :)
If we are talking about just normal Disney channel they use to show classic shorts at least on holidays like Mother's Day and Halloween, Mickey and Pluto and everyone...
I sometimes wonder if not for Mickey's clubhouse if Mickey would be known to the younger Disney watchers at all :(
I back you up, I was just born in '83 so my memories of the actual 80's besides the things that came from them, are a little fuzzy if they weren't put in reruns :). I love love love Punky Brewster, My Little Pony, the Smurfs, G.I. Joe, and the live action Ramona series to name a few :).
I think it would be interesting if it was a bit like Cats Don't Dance and they were fighting to get animals and muppets and things back into Hollywood again..Or maybe a new gang of muppets are trying to steal their stardom by being edgy and they win with old fashion laughs and many youtube...
It's very very chopped up from the book but I don't think a movie has to be the book it's based on to still have a magical feeling :excited:
It is one of those 'only in the 80's' sort of movies I think, in that movies don't seem to focus on magic and fairy tales in that same sort of wispful...
I loved the live action parts of the Super Show. I actually would get mad at the cartoon for leaving them at a cliffhanger before it would come back on:). I loved the cartoon when it was made into a coloring book even more...
Well, I'm happy with Netflix and owning the Doug boxsets so I guess you could call me blissful if a bit annoyed a tv and the 'tween' label :).
One good thing I always loved about the 'just to sell toys' series they never talk about: For those of us who couldn't afford them they were like a...
Oops, I meant to say my favorite 80's TV movie, not my favorite 80's movie overall. I liked the songs, the outfits, and I was five when it was made and lived in the woods, I don't think it could be more for me if it tried *lol*.
Let's see, I'd have to say my favorite 80's movies are The Last...
I never left anything behind ether, I never really felt the need. I guess I felt, like each thing I loved, even the silly things, had something I could carry with me always and rewatch because it always was speaking to that same part of me.
I thought nostalgia was the name you gave that warm...
It is true that on weekends there is nearly nothing to watch it seems like, even if you are a big fan of every cartoon made today. The perfect time with a captive viewer and the ads for chop o matics just go on and on :P.
