Bunsen: Re-purchased from Ebay (account Notashrimp) i have here the mind numbing Rubber Duckie as featured in Muppets From Space. I think it will come in useful later on in the campaign.
In other news, i would like to make some more policy announcements. If elected, i will have the Muppet...
Bunsen: Here at Muppet Labs our policy on Mud slinging is to get dirty. Therefore we do not wish to draw the voters attention to the fact that Miss Piggy's "Moi" fragrance smells awfully like Calvin Klein, and could well be a cheap knock off. We will also not be be revealing the fact that Miss...
Bunsen:- Here at Muppet Labs we are taking this Muppet Presidential Election process very seriously. Prior to announcing myself as a candidate i instructed Beaker to make a detailed study of the American Election process, he studied the 2000 Bush/Gore Election and realized how easy it was for a...
This is bad news. I hope MC Radio continues on "as is" with all those hours of varied tunes but if changes did have to be made i hope it wouldn't cease to exist totally, even if there could be a half hour show made each week that people could stream off MC's servers that would maybe a chance to...
Your just thinking of the potential long term profit from selling the footage to a hidden camera TV show or something! lol!
Kev in a dress? Well, i hear he has the legs for it!
It is interesting that they did just go with the Chef commercially, at least in recent years. You would have thought it would have been more of the main characters. Not many people go to parties as Chefs, at least not the parties i go to or would go to, if i had a life!!
So who buys your dresses normally then? Oops .... :o :D
I see Swedish Chef costumes all the time but no other characters. I don't get that. Why is the Chef the breakout dress up character in the Muppet World? I guess because its the only costume for sale! lol
Well Youtube is owned by Google now so they are two massive companies so i don't think either are stronger, and it kinda seemed obvious their defence was to blame the user, as they traced their username and handed it over. It could be argued that Youtube should have better security measures but...
70% Youtube, seeing as it wasn't actually them who put the video up. Yes, they distributed it but unwittingly (it could be argued), and there was little way they had control of who puts up what. I don't know if youtube does this but i'd expect people agree when posting a video that they have...
I would guess the basic reason is they are under contract and if you are contracted to these companies part of what you agree is that you won't speak publicly about them or their work without permission.
Generally we've had people post who have either left Henson or just freelance with them.
Thats the problem, one of the big things about getting the playset is you get Rowlf, so most people would either want Rowlf as part of the package or just wouldn't part with him. There is hope though, i've seen a Swedish Chef minus Kitchen over the last few days and it was the playset version.
I've heard that since Disney bought the Muppets Rowlf doesn't pose naked anymore, at least not on the cheap. He's workin for the monies now!
I can put you in touch with Sprocket though ...
I see Jerry doing Sesame stuff on the same basis of Frank Oz. Sure they don't come in and do the regular schedule but i'm sure they can get through shooting a number of sketches in just a day or two. I'm sure there's life left in him yet for much more!
Thats exactly the reason and purpose Disney bought the Muppets - they are very open about it, the Muppets are under the Consumer Products division. The whole strategy of Disney is using the Muppet characters, shows and movies to sell the products. For that reason, they aren't exactly going to...
