Well I so hear that Tadpole wasn't even going to be destributed for a time becuase of the boy etc....etc..... but the anti-censors fought for it, and it enjoyed a moderate release.
Scooter did have a voice im Muppet Racemania, and it was done by a fellow named Matt Vogul. I don't know who this Matt person is, but in the game, Scooter sounds a bit nasaly....
It was Dr. Strangepork... Piggy and Strangey were discussing old times and Piggy had overzealously knocked Strangepork into unconsciousness. Still a bit perterbed the didn't notice the frog and his confidants until Kermit had murmered something about bus seats being too high. At which Piggy...
I read from Toughpigs.com that John Kennedy is now performing Dr. Teeth. Still, Doc T hasn't been in many big roles lately, so who knows.....
Also, for the brief times Scooter has had speaking roles, he was voiced by both Richard's brother Adam Hunt, and Matt Vogel.
I'd like to see the Muppets do "Roam if you want to" using all of the main cast ethnically divided into their countries of origin, and a few pigs and penguins. No Muppet travels without a pig and/or penguin.
5 words...."Giant Sabre-Toothed cave Beaker..." For once the Beakster gets to turn...
They have made this into a topic so often it should be an FAQ........ ANYWAY!!!! I'd like to see a Muppet version of Annie. Piggy with red hair hopping in peoples' laps seems too hilarious to bear.
Put her in the show too. Kermit was apprehensive about this, but willing to do anything to get his old friends back. As soon as he had agreed, they turned the corner and ducked into a nearby restaraunt, there, waiting tables was...
Robin Hood - I never really liked any family-style robin hood.....but it would be fun, especially if Robin were Robin Hood, as Kermit would say "Where's Errol Flynn when you need him..."
Peter Pan - Disney's got Peter Pan in a chokehold and doesn't plan on letting it go. It also would be a...
I always saw Digit as a character who looked impactful, but lost that edge as soon as he opened his mouth. Of course this was an assumption based on seeing only a couple "Jim Henson Hour" episodes as a kid.
I tihk you're mistaken. Henson doesn't do the puppets in "The Book of Pooh" and it shows, while Henson perfers using hand puppets and suits, the pooh cast is comprised of 2 inch tall marionettes.
While Henson did alot of the effects in "The Flintstones" Dino was CG'd. I'm usre there was a...
Well what I miss most is that he used to be a little insecure, mostly around Piggy, but there were some sweeter moments, like in the 30th anniversary special when he tells Robin his favorite muppet moments were the ones where they weren't trying to be so funny, and in the Muppets at Walt Disney...
Is it me or has Kermit become too moral and preachy over the past few years? It always seems that when he's not panicking or grimmacing over the antics of others he spouts something like "You know what you are, distinct." and "It's always good to be with your friends at times like this."
How about a Muppet version of "Muppet Monster Adventure" with Robin as Robin, Pepe as Pepe, and they need to rescue Kermit, Piggy, Fozzie, Clifford and Gonzo from being turned into monsters?
My tagline in most MB, my e-mail and my identity on the web since 96 has been "Slomoto," which was a self-inflicted nickname I obtained as a kid, from a comic strip I used to draw. Upon finding the MC message board, I thought, I'd better use a muppety name or I wouldn't fit, so I changed the...
I'm an avid watcher of webcartoons and even a site that charges as little as 5 dollars a YEAR isn't making any money there. It seems the only entertainment you can sell for free over the internet you have to be 18 and older to watch. :D
This is not to say if you did a web show using puppets...
The reason the Muppets and SS don't intersect anymore is that SS is owned by CTW while the Muppets are currently owned by EMTV. Back in the old days the Muppets were independants and CTW would let them use the SS muppets cause it was like 'what the hey? Jim does all of them....' Now it's like...
