Well, I'm glad to see that some people liked it. It seemed more like George Lucas' "TO-DO" list to me somehow. It was wonderful to see Yoda so much, but he wasn't a PUPPET! They ought to be ashamed!
It seems to me that with each movie comes more and more CG. I like it in backgrounds...
Zack) Rowlf the - the-guy-who's-doing-Christian-puppet-shows - Dog,
If you go to a Christian book store, they usually carry puppet scripts. Or if you e-mail me with a request, I'll send you a couple scripts for free.

Tera,
The cd I got with "Don't Cry for Me, Argentina" on it is "Me First and the Gimme Gimmes: Are a Drag". I got it because someone on these boards said that they re-did "Rainbow Connection" (which they did). There's a bunch of other great songs on it, but there's one yucky part too... yuck...
Hey Jamester,
That virtual puppet is so great! I've tried some animation stuff too, but I don't have that kind of skill or patience. There are so many amazing people on these boards.
If you need more voices I'd be glad to help and grateful for the experience. BTW, I can do gravely...
You can get the song on the CD "Sesame Street: Silly Songs". The elephant is the same gray wrinkley one who has been showing up recently on SS.

I just figured one out yesterday:
in MTI when Kermit and Piggy are dangling upside down on the cliff Kermit says "Don't cry for me, Benjamina." I JUST got a cd with "Don't cry for me ARGENTINA" on it so it all makes sense to me! I love learning new things like that...
Gee, thanks a lot you guys! I've decided to sew it on. I'll post a picture as soon as I get some glasses for her. It's slightly frustrating though that after all this effort I can't find the same color fabric again! GRR... I'll cover it up with clothes. Thank You again...
Hi Thom
Aha! That clears up why the performances looked a little akward to me. From my experience anyway, it seems easier to generate the puppet's voice yourself rather than move the mouth while someone else speaks. Gotcha.
I've got to know: which Muppets did you perform in MFS? (I...
Thom:
I tried to stress that I had merely seen the previews. I admit this does not give me the right to criticize the puppeteers, and I'll try not to do it in the future with so little evidence, but that's what it looked like to me from those edited portions of the show. Still, I am saddened...
...to a puppet's head? I'm making a "Granny" puppet (except her name is going to be more original than "Granny") and I bought a gray wig which I put in a bun. Now I'm not exactly sure how to fasten it to her head. Should I use some sort of pins? Screws and wing nuts? Can anybody please...
OH! I found another good thing to use for eyes. If you need them to be smaller than ping pong balls, get a plastic watercolor pallet from your local craft store (they're only about $1.25). They sould each have ten rounded dips in them where you're supposed to put the paint. You can cut them...
Well, speaking from my experience with the show (which consists of watching the advertisements), I believe that the show is a disgrace to puppetry itself. I give credit to the puppet builders alone. The puppeteers, from what I have seen hardly know what they're doing with a piece of fabric on...
Actually, for my English class I did set Emily Dickenson's poem "Books" to the tune of "Here comes Mr. Humbug" and aced a memorization quiz we had on it.
"There is no frigate like a book
To take us lands away,
Nor any coursers like a page
Of prancing poetry.
This traverse may the...
